Subway in Wokingham

I came in for a sandwich because I haven't been paid yet and have 1200 points to spend (no idea how) so thought I'd pay with those. Told the server that I was just opening my app before I ordered, she let me order the thing and then told me that their till is old and I can't pay with the app! Literally the only reason I went in was so I could use my points. Now I've still got 1200 points and I'm almost 5 quid further into my overdraft.Once she'd made the sandwich I couldn't really not buy it coz I hate food waste.DON'T GO IN IF YOU WANT TO PAY WITH POINTS

DO NOT GO HERE!! They have 0 standard to hygiene, I'm allergic to tuna and I hate alot of what they serve. I order a SIMPLE HAM AND CHEESE footlong. Like pretty hard to mess that up and when I look down I thought i saw tuna and stuff inside it. After getting home and opening it up I can confirm. So not ONLY DO THEY HAVE TUNA ALL OVER THE CHEESE THEY SERVE for one but for two they didn't even change gloves before making my sandwich and then for three they didn't even wash the ewww tuna covered knife to cut my sandwich with. They ask for 7 pound for 2:50 worth of ingredients. REFUSE TO WASH OR TRAIN THEIR STAFF IN HYGINE, and ontop of that cross contaminate all the food so it's utterly filthy and dangerous. It's funny as if I didn't 2nd guess it I could have died. The fact my life was essentially on the line due to them not even wanting to be hygienic let alone anything else is fully unacceptable and I cannot recommend to anyone that wants to eat food with remotely the littlest bit of hygiene. Thank you for wasting my money time and sanity.

The best place in town to get a filled roll. We find that a 'foot long' is enough for two people. We always have salami / ham based fillings but my daughter has the meatless meatball and she likes that. Watch out for the jalapeños, some are hotter than others!

£6.69 for basically flat bread, tiny packet of crisps and a drink! Salad non existent, a tiny pinch of lettuce (the cheapest of salad) and not much of anything you've asked for.

Nice subs, good and friendly service,all fresh and tasty . Asked for loads of salad and they could barely close my bread and totally didn't mind so very confused with other reviews.

Food goid, but service is a little slow. Slower than other subways If you know you'll want something in advance, it'd be great to pickup a pre-order But life isn't really like that....when I want it I want it now.

I love subway normally but at this store I was totally amazed at how poor the service was. I ordered a veggie delite (because I'm vegetarian) and when asked what filling I'd like I asked for everything but the tomatoes. The literally put on two leaves of spinach, three slices of red onion two jalapeños and I think they counted the sweetcorn to about 6 or 7 pieces. When I asked if I could have more veg on the bread the man seemed surprised that I'd be asked for more. Honestly I wish I had taken a picture but I was truly shocked as to how tight people can be. For £3.90 I paid, I got a 6 inch piece of bread. Seriously that's all ot tasted of. I really wouldnt recommend visiting this store. I wouldn't normally complain about food portions ever but this really was the worst I've ever seen.

we came here today and the service was DREADFUL, two asian women served us, a young girl and an old woman, they were very stingy with the amount of salad and sauce that was given. she was counting our sweetcorn and gave us 4 peices they were very slow and didnt know what they were doing. if you want to waste your time and have a horrible meal then come here it was not worth the money, and will never come back again.

Nice location in the town centre for a quick bite. The staff was very nice and recommended a new item (T.L.C - tastes like chicken) it was delicious, a must try for all vegetarian and vegan lovers..
