The land lady is amazing! Such an lovely place to stay. couldn't ask for more.

We had a lovely stay and meals here. Jayne and her staff are really lovely and we were made to feel very welcome. We had dinner in the restaurant and the service was excellent, the food delicious. Breakfast was wonderful too! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended!

The Bull was a great place, very personal service. I was a stranger in Wargrave with some time to kill. LOVELY welcoming open fire the warmth was only eclipsed by the earth of the bar staff. I'd fully recommend this establishment 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️

A fabulous pub in an idyllic village. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and the landlady Jayne made us feel like we were visiting friends. Very dog friendly our dog Ida really enjoyed our overnight stay and her sausage breakfast. There's a lovely garden at the back of the pub too. The evening meal was absolutely delicious and huge portions too. Thank you Jayne and everyone we will definitely return ❤

Stayed here whilst working in the area and what a find! Jayne is the nicest host you could have. Bedroom was lovely and comfy and quiet. Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time, local strawberries and yoghurt and a cooked breakfast that kept me full until dinner!

I enjoyed a tasty light lunch today in this lovely old pub. It was fresh and delicious. It is always a pleasure to have a pub lunch at the Bull when visiting relatives.

Went to the Bull couple of weeks ago on a very quiet Monday....and liked it..learnt they did Sunday lunch...now I am VERY critical as I can cook a very decent one. This blew me away absolutely excellent...I not keen on red cabbage and I even enjoyed that.. super meal...going again...you bet.

Lovely old timey public house with an extremely friendly and personable landlady named Jane. Good selection of beers and cider on tap. Food is excellent and the portions are huge! Also has a secluded and pretty pub garden at the back with nice surrounding buildings on the Wargrave High Street. Certainly worth a visit. (Currently participating in the government's eat out to help out scheme).

What a lovely place, cozy with an actual fireplace. We had our team Christmas lunch at the Bull and it did not disappoint. From the great sercice to the excellent food (the best steak and Guinness pie I've had for ages), everything was just right. Will definitely go back there.

We went in on the off chance that the kitchen would be opened. In fact it was not quite time for evening service but our orders were taken and we waited in the pub garden with our drinks while the oven got started. We ate indoor. The seating arrangement is cosier inside and it's closer to the bar. The garden is up two steps and passed two rooms from the bar so a little trek if you carry your own drinks. Traditional pub food on the menu. We had starter, main course, drinks and coffee for two for around sixty pounds. Friendly service. Popular with regulars.
