Never ever again. Orded a table for 7 o'clock there was only 2 tables occupied. Ordered our drinks and food. She forgot the 3rd Prawn Cocktail, i said no problem I shall wait. After half an hour, I asked she said it would take another hour 🤔.So no prawn cocktail for me. People were coming eating paying and going. At 8.30 we still did not have our meal so I paid for what we had and took our business elsewhere. I live in Switzerland and wanted to have a nice evening with friends and it turned out like this.😥😡

Popped into my new local and the experience was first class. Food was brilliant and well priced. The new Manager was very friendly and chatty. Very happy and will come back.

Jane greeted us and really engaged amazingly throughout our meal despite being busy. She is an asset to behold. Food good, venue good, Jane great. Thank you, and our daughter says, "Jane is so cool".

Went today for lunch with family, I was pleasantly surprised the food and drinks was value for money and the staff there couldn’t do enough for you. Will definitely be returning soon.

We arrived at the carpark which wasn't full do we pulled in and though they wouldn't be busy. Wow, we were greeted by bar staff telling us there was a 45 min wait for food. So we said fine as there was steak on the menu. The place was a bit crowded but we were able to get a table so that was good. I also found some colouring activities for the children. The waitress served us by taking our drinks and meal order. My son ordered a steak and my daughter ordered from the children's menu, sausages. We ordered cod drinks for the children and coffee and soda water for me. The food came and it looked soo delicious. My children enjoyed the meal and pudding. Even though they were so busy they didn't fail on presentation or taste. No wonder they're busy... Good food, great tasting food actually. Well done. Thank you for a great experience.

The staff are very welcoming and pleasant. My visit was disrupted by the landlords attitude and approach to his staff. I found it deeply inappropriate that he still calls lady staff "Love" and falsely accused them of the duration of time they were talking to customers. His appearance is not what to expect of a manger of a Greene king Pub.

Hadn't been here for 30 years... Stood for what seemed like 15 mins in the empty bar. But oh my, when the barkeep pulled that pint of Old Speckled Hen and I drew the froth off it.. Amazing pint. Had another to quality check it properly, still great. To sum it up. Lack lustre start forgiven by brilliant beer.

Always loved a quick pint at the Frogs, and so happy to be able to sneak back down here once more! The staff are always polite and friendly and the service is always spot on! (I would complain that they don't have my Doom Bar on tap any more, but a pint of Old Rosie also suffices!)
