Not the greatest fish and chips I've had

Easily the best fish and chips in Wokingham and the uk.cooked absolutely perfectly along with the other items they provide. Easily the best fish and chips ever.

Have used this chip shop on and off for years. Clean and run well. Bit expensive, but no complaints or worries about the food. Can pay cash or card

We were driving home and found this fish and chip shop with loads of people wanting to buy fish from the shop. I don't usually like standing in the queue for food but this fish and chip shop looked like they sold good fish. We ordered a fish n chips and a large sausage. They were very fresh, hot hot hot and that's all we wanted. We ate it and enjoyed the meal. The decor is dated with very stained looking pictures from children. If that were me, I'd take them off and put something different on the walls. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this shop that is open from 17.30 -21.30

The chips were stale and wrinkly, as many others have said. I always expect fresh chips but especially at this price. The fish was nice but not much of it and they leave the skin in. I assume to bulk the portion out. I liked the batter but since I don’t eat the fish skin, half of the batter is wasted.

We had to wait for the chips to be cooked but they were definitely not fresh, hard and chewy.also lots of flies in the store and person inside has a cough.£2.70 for one spring roll which was filled with grey mush I won't be returning

Really good fish and chips, the battered sausages are fantastic, battered fish is freshly cooked on ordering. Lovely shop and staff! Highly recommended if you're looking for some tasty food

Popped in here for a fish and chip supper for the family on the way home. All cooked fresh, nice bit of fish and yummy chips. Plenty of parking space outside... large shop so OK for social distancing whilst ordering waiting and paying etc. Nice friendly staff too. Thank you.

Generally I haven't been satisfied from chip shops take away but this one is tremendous. Decent portion and quality of fish and well cooked. Clean and friendly staff.
