Winnersh Fish And Chip Shop in Wokingham

Ordered Vegetarian Hot and Sour Soup, received Pork in it. Then argued with me and refused to take the £4 of my next order. Which is a shame because the order was going to be for 35 people and over £500.

Worst fish and chips I've had in years. I rather would have battered, fried and ate my own shoe.

Good Chinese food but a bit of an attitude.

We had our Jive class Christmas party last night. There were 29 of us, the order was ready on time for pick up. The fish and chips were very good, there were no complaints. Thoroughly recommended. Well done and thank you very much. 😊

Daughter and I stopped there on way back from elsewhere and decided we needed to eat. Stopped here, glad we did lovely golden crisp chips and a freshly cooked piece of fish, nothing left to moan about lol

Decent fish and chip shop, haven't been there in a while but I have fond memories of this place not too long ago

It was disgusting no wonder they only have 3 for food hygiene should have been a 0. Chips looked recooked and cooked in dirty oil. The fish was mostly bones and the sausages look like they had seen better days. First and last time getting anything from this place. It was so bad I wouldn't even give it to my dog. Over £10 it cost. It was only fit for the bin which is where I put it. Also when the man was cooking the frankfurter sausages to test the water he had them in he poked his finger in it. God knows the last time he washed his hands. 🤢🤮

The fish, sausage and chips we had to buy tasted nice, esp the batter around the fish. Ideally, we would have liked a burger, but they aren't on the menu.Took a few attempts at getting the order right and then had to repeat the order again to someone else.We had to wait a while too, usually there are plenty of sausages in the warming oven, and chips ready.It also seemed pricey.Sorry WF&C we would choose a different place next time.

Every time I go into this shop (even when it is quiet) they get my order wrong! This time the same thing happened, I then got my order home and the chips looked and tasted like they had been cooked about 10 times, the fish was lovely but that is the only thing I would ever recommend from this place! When you phone to tell them that you are not happy, they don’t want to know! They even asked me for more money when THEY got my order wrong, they over charged me ( which I realised when I got home) and I personally think that they are way over priced for what they offer!
