Wok To Walk in Wokingham

We waited around 45 mins to be delivered and they called us to say that some ingredients were not available and had to cancel the order, furthermore they offered our meal for free the next day.Surprisingly the next day they charged us £35 for the same order and said that they didn't mean exactly that?The food was a waste of money (and time).

Ive been there twice lately and I was very satisfied. Wasn't sure after reading the latest reviews but I love my wok and decided to give it a go! The staff were very polite and they asked me if a wanted an extra bowl for my little daughter. As for the quality of the food, a bit sweet at the end but that's the deal. They cannot please everyone. I will definetely go again! Thank you and keep up the good wok!

I have ate in many wok to walk. But this one was worst. I ordered jasmine rice with chicken. I saw a small girl working as employee who was getting the rice from some cling film which was stored before. Food was not good quality and was salty. Don’t waste your money.

We had a really horrible experience here this evening. They must consider re-looking at their staff here, who are ill behaved and aren’t apologetic to their mistakes. We ordered two portions of Wok, vegetarian and with out egg, as wife allergic to egg. Eating egg might land her in hospital.. first they served us wrong order on the first wok!! grain instead or noodles! on pointing this out they did accept the fault accepted to change it, no problem it happens...in the meantime second portion of Wok got served.. Wife started eating it and she isn’t familiar with taste of egg. I saw it had egg in it, stopped her. Otherwise she may have eaten it all without realising and landed in hospital..not good guys!!Whilst all this was happening, corrected portion of first portion wok got served.. again it wasn’t edible!! It had insane amount of chillies, almost triple than the normal.. not sure if this was on purpose or a mistake!! Pic attached here!! Please be careful!! You could have landed us in hospital this evening, not once but twice!!

I used to eat there before and it was good, but after this meal I’ll think twice to go for it again. Too much seasoning and sauce, more then noodles, veggies was like just fresh chopped and not cooked at all. No thanks.

Awful food and awful service,Food was cold and asked for refund but not given,Offered to reheat the meal?????????????Couldn’t cook it right first time so didn’t want it a second time, lady next me complained her food was cold and accepted the reheat ??????????Very bad attitude from the long haired Asian guy, had he of been out and about on a Saturday night I probably would of decked him his attitude was that bad,Not the way to treat paying customers or anybody,Would suggest:Staff training in cooking and attitude towards the customers

Always had wok to walk in london and loved it so i thought this one would be the same. Highly highly disappointed. My food was burnt and because it was burnt it tasted bitter. When ordering i saw that the other order was burning too because the girl was looking for a box to put the food in. When she found it. The food at the bottom was burnt and instead of not putting the burnt bits in the box, she scraped the pan and put all of it in the box and gave it to the customer. Thought it was a one off but i guess not as my food was like that too. Never again.

First time eating here. Thought it would be a nice treat for me and my lady after a busy day at work. Absolutely appalled at how my partners food was given to the wrong table then mine arrived cold took it back and was just tossed up in the wok again. Finally got mine then waiting a long time for my partners food hers finally arrived as I nearly finished mine and hers was also cold. A table opposite received there food piping hot. When I told them my partners was cold the staff starting muttering under there breath. Made me feel like I was being a nuisance. If the 3 members of staff actually worked together and not just leave one to cook and prepare whilst other two chatted and on there phones, it may have been a more enjoyable afternoon.

Food was great and proportion was huge, service was good and food was prepared quickly .

The food was so good here. Prepared quickly enough and served in a nice hearty proportion. Not bad for £7 (April 2021) which included a drink.
