Yan Yan in Wokingham

The first time ordering take away from this place. Never again. The prawns were over cooked, too much soya sauce and extremely salty. I had to throw the food away. Disgusted and the worse Chinese take away food ever. 🤢🤮 Please avoid the place.

This Take Away Restaurant is absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! I can say with honesty that the food is always of excellent quality and the Staff are very friendly. I also think that the portion sizes are Very good value for money. In my humble opinion this is definitely 5*****Star and well worth a visit.

Walked in the restaurant and were greeted by the lady at the counter. There was no dine-in option and a large menu was pasted on the wall. Ordered Green Curry Chicken, Fried Rice, Chicken and Beef Chow Mein, Szechuan Chicken, and Curry Prawns, Friendly service and good prices but the food was just average. I order these dishes regularly and I did not get the flavor that was expected.

Guy cooking was friendly but the young girl in an Adidas top was fairly rude and grubby looking, wear clean appropriate clothing, chips were awful and seemed to be boiled in fat! Salt and pepper chicken had sugar on and made with the wrong flour weird flavour and too dry curry sauce and mini spring rolls were nice though, need to clean the place up and change the oil more regularly 👍🏼

Woman taking order was abrupt with no desire to discuss the menu on offer. Should have walked away. Instead ordered worst fish & chips i have had in a long while.

Ordered fish and chips with mushy peas for 2 adults and 2 children. Was hoping it would meet expectations, but sadly it didn't. Staff were friendly when I ordered, but food fell short of our hopes.Large cod were in fact the size of small portions I've had at any other chippy, chips tasted mildly of prawn crackers and were soggy, and the mushy peas were minted, which was just odd!Sorry to say it didn't float our boat, won't be ordering from here again.Also, useful to know (but not a complaint) they don't take cards, but there is a cash machine outside the shop next door.

Tasty food prepared for you quickly. Not as cheap as it used to be, but very welcome if tired and needing a tasty hot meal in a hurry. It's cash only, but there's an ATM next door, or McColl's gives cashback.
