I'm lost for words, you wouldn't think similar places still make good food, they do.One of the best restaurants if you want to eat high quality food, top range tasty cooked with care. Very friendly and welcoming customer service. We also loved the food being presented in wooden plates. We won in one of their Facebook contests and were given more than the prize, the kids had so much fun too and they loved the food. They will Burger you, no kidding.

One of the best burgers I’ve had for a long time, along with some great curly fries. 👍🏻

We each enjoyed a lovely burger and a portion of cheesy chips on the side. The food was delicious. We'll definitely be back again soon.We visited late on a Saturday before our movie at the nearby Dome cinema. The restaurant wasn't busy inside, but we saw alot of local delivery drivers collecting orders. We were able to sit outside and enjoy our meals.

Tasty burgers and cheesy chips using real cheese! Not the glop another up-market local burger house uses. Great chunk of bacon too.

My burger arrived after more then an hour. When it eventually did arrive, not only was it cold, instead of bacon, it had 2 slices of wafer thin sandwich ham!

One or two negative reviews on here and its interesting they are all from people who had deliveries. Nobody to blame but yourselves thenThis is a niche burger bar. High quality ingredients and as good a burger as you will get anywhere if you want 100% beef burgers.. However I recommend you go there to eat or collect .. Chances are your delivery driver has multiple deliveries so will take time to get to you and no food does well steaming and sweating away in a bag in a box on the back of a moped !Ive never ordered food for delivery and even if I did, there are some obvious foods to avoid if they are coming on a journey in a steaming bag and they include anything fried coz it sure wont be crispy when it gets to you One thing I can suggest is that you ask the shop to deliver deconstructed burgers ! Meat wrapped in tinfoil, buns in bag and salad etc in another container so the bread and salad arrive fresh and not soggy having steamed en route and covered in burger juices. then just assemble ! Think Ikea burgers

FUMING! I cannot believe the poor customer service from a mistake made by them! Incorrect order delivered to us so phoned to make them aware and they couldn't care in the slightest! Was told they were busy and then told "we will TRY to get the correct order to you, I said no you WILL get it to me not TRY." £37 spent! Didn't fill me with confidence right then. I chased them an hour later after no food arrived, spoke to the same girl who then said they are too busy to get it to me so would refund me for the incorrect burger. WHAT???? Asked for the manager and told the same story, we are too busy, you won't get your food for a couple of hours!! Take a refund for the burger instead! Disgusting level of customer service, a family night ruined by something they could have just rectified. Such a shame, good food (when they get it right) as this isn't the first time the order has been wrong. Mistakes happen, we are all human, but its how you deal with the situation that matters. Obviously makes enough money that they can throw some business away and not give a toss. Spend your money elsewhere people. You'll be thankful for it.

Burger was lukewarm and dissapointing, chicken wings and onions rings were supermarket bought and really low quality, also had a handfull of chips thrown in with my bag of wings for some reason??

Fantastic meal! The place is small with limited seating, but get your timing right and it will be worth it. The burgers are amazing, cooked to order so it might take 10 minutes, but cooked perfectly so it is just pink in the middle and juicy enough. I had a Hawaiian with fries, and for shy of £9 was good enough, and thoroughly worth it. I will be going back soon...

Classic burger and chips. Overall it was good. The only part of was concerned about was the fact that I heard the sounds of microwave ping like my burger was just warmed up in it which did concern me a little bit... I did question the owner about it and she says nope nothing goes in the microwave... erm. I'll take your word for it then shall I. To be fair I won't be going back.
