Cafe Vita in Worthing

Friendly, welcoming staff. Good variety on the menu and reasonable prices. Including vegetarian options, battered Mars & Snickers, cream cheese jalapeno and the classic pickled eggs. The chips were top notch too.

Nice place to grab fish and chip meal. I would happily revisit another day.

Took the family on a day trip to Worthing and dropped in for Fish and chips. We all loved it - best we've had in a long time, not a chip or piece of batter left on the plate. Nice cafe and friendly staff . Highly recommended

Went for breakfast, just the 3 of us, we were the only diners in the restaurant. All 3 breakfasts were wrong, obvious confusion when we tried to explain what was wrong so we just kept what we had and moved items from one player to another to make it right! Fair enough, the missing egg was brought out 4-5 minutes later. Most of the food items were warm at best when served and somehow I had an overdone (not runny) fried egg that was stone cold. If the restaurant was really busy thenIn fairness, the staff seemed apologetic and wanted to fix the serving errors but the obvious confusion that arose when we tried to explain what was wrong made me feel the plates would simply come back wrong again so it was easier to fix ourselves. We didn't mention that the food wasn't hot enough but we were also never asked if everything was ok so in true British style we shut up, ate it and vowed never to return.Won't eat here again, wouldn't recommend it either.

Clean and tidy. Food is freshly cooked, tastes as it should and prices are real world. Staff are friendly and polite. I eat here whenever i'm in town. Never have that horrible overused oil smell unlike another chip shop close by.

I had omelette & chips and salad ..it was vile it was all very basic the salad was just basic iceberg and bits of tomato the ham in the omelette was cheap and nasty I didnt enjoy at all and will never go again the place was smelly and everything felt dirty.This place has got a former glory feeling about it about it and was probably great in its hey day ..

Lovely fish and chips and they do a pensioners meal for £7.50 for which you get fish and chips tea or coffee and buttered bread and it's really nice.

Really good quality cooked chips crispy on outside soft and fluffy inside. The batter is golden and light and crispy too not at all greasy! This is my favourite place to go. Can sit outside too. The kids menu is well priced and reasonable. Recommended!

Tonight I actually went for ice cream. Soft ice cream. Lovely & creamy. All their ice cream is nice though. Creamy, delicious, great texture. Their fish & chips are wonderful too which I've previously eaten. Highly recommended.

Just been out for the afternoon in Worthing. Stopped off for impromptu lunch at Vito’s. All three of us had Cod and chips OAP’ deal with a splendid glass of perfectly chilled white wine. The meal was super and very good value at £8.50 including the wine. The Young lady at the Cafe counter was very welcoming and friendly, as were the waitresses. We finished off our fish and chips with some delicious ice cream, all in all I would highly recommend Vito’s.
