Caffe Nero in Worthing

I've always liked their coffee and staffs are friendly, but the last few years seems like the quality of how its drinks are made has gone down. The hot chocolate used to be really nice but now, it taste like ready made chocolate. Coffee wise it almost still the same. Service is a little slow.**I used to work for the company years ago, the way I was trained compared to now is a lot different. (I was a maestro as well).

They need a couple more members of staff, to ensure the tables are kept clean and the queue doesn't get too long.

Staff are superb and very friendly. But there are simply not enough tables to accommodate a town centre café. The tables which are available are all wobbly .

Friendly helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Great range of coffees, hot chocolate and teas. Safe and socially distanced tables.

I love this place. Great welcome always. Busy but the staff do a great job.

Coffee and service nice as usual but place need some housekeeping at least please get these windows cleaned.

Lots of space! There's an outdoor area that is partially covered so still can be used in the rain. Some space on the ground floor and much more on the first floor (that is where the picture is from). There are quite a few sofas which is an added bonus. Coffee was lush!Cons: there is only 1 toilet men and one for woman and they are VERY small! I couldn't see a disabled toilet either.COVID: lots of hand sanitizer available and the place looked very clean.

Excellent customer service! Very friendly, helpful and clean, pleasant place to rest, drink and eat. If you like to watch the world go by as you sit then this is perfect with huge windows all round. Located in a shady spot at the beginning of the arcade so too much sun should not be an issue. A nice selection of seating, drinks, warm food and cakes. Pricing as you would expect from this type of coffee shop. Only lost a star because the shared loo was a little wiffy but clean and no reason to avoid. Also should cater for wheelchairs as large. Will visit again. I want to try the chicken lattice with homemade coleslaw this time!

What fabulous customer service and of course coffee. My husband I came for a day visit and I cut my finger on the latch of the public loo on the beach trying to get the door open, we tied it up with a tissue to stop the bleeding and went in search of a coffee and sandwich . Lucy the lady serving immediately noticed my finger and asked if I was okay, she went off in search of the first aid box and let me take a plaster to replace my tissue. Totally unexpected but so welcome as I feel so much more comfortable now. Thank you Lucy and cafe Nero excellent customer service and the coffee and sandwich were excellent too.

Coffee is good and the place is clean and tidy. The staff change allot so service varies week to week. Sit upstairs as it has more light and better seats.
