Costa Coffee in Worthing

It's an ok establishment.. Really depends on what you want whether it's gonna be great.. Or absolutely disgusting.. Also depends on who the server is as some hand ya a cup of boiled milk with hardly any chocolate flavour in the hot choc, yet others sweeten it beyond belief and make it taste amazing...Overall it serves a general purpose, over priced food and what ya expect generally ya get.. No frills or fancies

Nice coffee and tiffin. Cleanliness and table clearing has definitely improved too. Friendly service.

Bumped into ab old friend, decided to catch-up in Costa, had a cuppa and bacon bap. Very nice

Breakfast this morning bacon bap and a latte the baps are always nice I visit early before it gets too busy was only a couple of people in there today otherwise I would have done takeaway coffee was ok

Friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble. I came in today thursday 3rd March and I'm sorry I sounded picky when i asked the lovely man if he cleaned his hand before poking my straw into my drink I'm sorry just been really conscious about people and things since I had covid. It nothing personal. Great drink star and the lady behind the counter all I say is you need a pay rise

Staff were rude and inconsiderate, i came here in the evening after work for a coffee and was only one other customer in the store, the staff were swearing and whistling after me explaining I have a ear infection and found it inappropriate, if your whistling then clearly you are bored and they shouldn’t be paid to just sit there chat, swear about customers and be inconsiderate, I will not be coming here again and will be telling other people.

They have reduced the food choices so no breakfast wrap any more. Also the bacon bap tastes like a cut price version of other choices locally. Coffee still one of the best though and service quick and smile based so not all bad! Please think about quality sensitive clients like me because others are no making very good coffee. Well done though and thanks for keeping going in tough times.

The older one serving that time is grumpy,we order some food and hot drink for dine in,he didnt serve our food but my friend have to get it at the till and yet everyone who ordered dine in,he served all of them which is unfair.when i asked for serviette,his busy chatting to one of the customer he knows that just came in.he gave the serviette to me but facing the lady that he was chatting to..he should treat all customers equal.

It's a Costa, so you know what to expect. I took my daughter there for a pre school treat breakfast, but was disappointed that they had no fresh fruit

This is the place I visit every morning before I go to work, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. It's always warm and smells amazing. There plenty of diffrent seats available such as sofas and chairs, it's a great place to visit and bring friends or family. Great selection of diffrent coffee and food. Highly recommended if you're in the area and are feeling like a coffee and a snack.
