The two waitresses didn't even say hello as we entered or even smile. Proceeded to have probably the most miserable service I've ever experienced. Food was good but I Wouldn't return here as waitresses made us feel very unwelcome.

I absolutely loved the Baked Penne Amatriciana, which they were able to make vegan. However the waitress was terrible and clearly had no desire to be there. Would also be good if they were to offer a vegan dessert. Full marks for the food, but not the service

Had a lovely pizza here last week, really tasty. We didn't have much time as otherwise we would of had some starters and afters as well, as the food was lovely.

Authentic Italian cuisine, best pizzas in town! It's the people that makes the place. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Fiordilatte? More like Fraudilatte. A whole riff raff from the start. We should have counted our chickens and dashed before ordering. Food was passable, but I would have given the service a big F for Fail. I felt like Oliver out of Oliver Twist…. “Knife and Fork Please” I asked… “KNIFE AND FORK?!” Was the reply. It’s a shame, I used to love the place but not under this management. They need Eddie Howe, he’ll turn that shitshow around. Regards Karen and James. To add the waitress didn’t know what a straight glass was for a drink. Absolute joke.

Food was good, service was terrible. Everything was a chore down to asking for salt and pepper or additional cutlery after starters. Avoid the attitude of a bunch of teenagers and eat elsewhere. What's a straight glass???

I used to eat at this restaurant with friends, but recently it seems to have majorly gone down hill. We waited 45 minutes to be served, only for what I can describe as the most rude waitress to finally arrive at our table and stare at us blankly before finally asking what we wanted. I was beyond shook at this girl's attitude, she didn't apologise for the delay and her manner was apalling - uninterested and seemingly annoyed to be working? Normally you would expect the waiter to offer the table some water (we were all gasping at this point), or at least ask if we'd like drinks-- nope, her vacant/standoffish expression gave little to no interest in what her customers wanted. She explained she'd come back to provide my friend a glass for her coke, but never bothered - my friend was so parched she necked it from the bottle!I understand restaurants took a hit during covid, but hiring a prepubescent, angry teenager with an attitude problem probably won't do much for your ratings. Myself and my friends were speechless and after reading some of the reviews below, it helped shed a little light on the abhorrent customer service. I think what was most impressive were her acrylic nails, I'm not sure how the Food Standards Agency would feel about them - but at least if one got lost in your pizza or tagliatelle, you'd easily find it because they were fluorescent blue 🤮.Certainly won't be visiting Fiordilatte anytime soon-- and I'll make sure to tell others not to waste their money there either!

Great atmosphere, great food, great people and the price is very reasonable.

The best coffee ! Great pizza. Fantastic cake. Really lovely staff. Went in twice in one day .

Good selection of pizzas, freshly made and very delicious. They got a kids menu. Only one waiter for the lunch time so he was rushing and not very friendly because he was everywhere.
