Fortune Inn Chinese Takeaway in Worthing

Unfortunately it was the first time we had used this Restaurant, but although the food was fine we were one of many who suffered on New Years Eve. Despite phoning ahead and being told of a 45 minute waiting time when we arrived to collect we had to wait a further 45 minutes in the shop. We accepted that as it was New Years Eve and they were really busy, but what was not acceptable was that we were overcharged on the menu prices and the food portions were smaller than ordered - overall, not a very happy customer...

The second time in a row it was over 90 mins to be delivered was are childhood Chinese but will be going elsewhere from now

Great food as always but not happy at all about being put on hold for nearly 5 minutes with no explanation!

Sadly, myself and my family were incredibly disappointed. Not only did we wait over 2 hours from placing our order, but also when we called to ask about the lateness of it, we were told it was on its way and would be 10 minutes. Another 50 minutes later it arrived luke warm and missing my grandsons order!!. They sent his meal 40 minutes later with "an I'm sorry, bottle of coke" poor service . I couldn't eat mine when it arrived and neither could another of my grandsons. I was too wound up and he felt too sad/disappointed and too tired to eat his meal. I paid £70 and was hugely disappointed. I won't be using this business again

I ordered a chicken curry and rice with a pancake roll last night. The curry was watery and the chicken was thinly sliced and looked ominous. The rice was ok, but again the pancake roll was full of grease and uneatable. I have spent the whole day today on the toilet as a result of a couple of mouthfuls of this disgusting food. I will never use them again. !!!!!

First time ordering from this Chinese for my family this evening, food was amazing! Very high quality. Well packaged, very hot on arrival, very polite driver and reasonably priced! Will defiantly be making this my regular Chinese for my family ! Well deserved review Thank you

Been using this take away for some time. Ordered chicken satay Friday. Truly veloting. Fatty and soggy. Fried noodles had a curry taste, not what you would expect from Chinese. Sadly not going back.
