Golden Bowl is the best Chinese takeaway in Worthing. The food is excellent quality, prepared swiftly and always with a friendly welcome.

We have used golden bowl for years and it never fails to impress! The food is delicious and flavoursome, great portion sizes, they are the loveliest staff and it’s super quick service!

Ive changed My review the Golden bowl Chinese takeway it used be really good hot and Fresh but now its big let down we had it and a found a Piece of hair in the chicken it put me right off the food the food was lukewarm and it was all Sloppy and full of fat not much Flavour am not very happy with them as we been with them snice last year i dont know whos cooking but i think Should be Sacked 😠am very let down.

1st time order.Ordered a good variety of dishes for a delivery at 6.40pm. It arrived early, 6pm (thanks, we were starving) and every dish was absolutely delicious!!Ordering is nice and easy, payments easy, staff were first class and the Chefs......wow, they can cook some beautiful dishes.Absolutely first class!!We will definitely be going back!!Definitely recommend from our experience.

Great food and one of the few places that do wife's favourite dish. Staff are very friendly too so definitely a place to support

I would love to share my experience of this place, but apparently live too far away to have a delivery from the well-known company they use for delivery. I live 1.5miles away on main roads

Golden bowls low prices have me coming back time & time again in hope the next time will be better. Prices are great but you really do get what you pay for.. You let me down again! Burnt chicken balls, soggy noodles, the chips were even half cooked!When your eating something thinking you may well get food poisioning from this.. the meat looked slaughtered brought back to life then killed again.Im not one to throw away food but after half a plate it had to go in the bin. I would only advise someone purchasing food from here if you would like to waste your money and still be hungry afterwards.Very disapointed!!

This is the first time I have used this Chinese... I have to say it's the best Chinese meal I've ever had. The food was freshly cooked and the delivery was excellent. I'm vegetarian and couldnt fault any of my meal. Thank you !

Ordered Chinese for my daughter's birthday, this place came recommended! After placing my order from a very sharp conversation on the telephone I was told it would be here around 30 minutes or so because they were busy. 20 minute's later it arrived, a little concerned how fast the order arrived, in a busy time we dished up regardless, only to find the order was not right, cold and tasteless. I called the golden bowl to let them know, the guys response was text book "we will give you a free dish next time" why would we reorder?? Very disappointing all round. Message to all takeaways with this level of quality and service, if you want to succeed you need to make more of an effort to produce quality food for the prices you charge, at this rate the supermarkets are producing much tastier food for way way cheaper price. Do NOT use this takeaway. First time and definetley last. Some of order was wrong but they refused to change it unless we took it back to them. Very rude and arrogant, Greasy ,fatty food, over cooked, highly coloured and full of msg. Worst takeaway we've ever had, all went in dustbin. Have given 1 star because couldn't post without giving a rating and 0 wasn't possible. Can only assume any good reviews are posted by themselves.
