Excellent customer service, very friendly and welcoming.The food was 10/10, they even battered some halloumi for me which was done better than I’ve had elsewhere.I highly recommend!

Did a phone call for a delivery at lunchtime. Order taken and delivered within half an hour to Durrington. Super food, very polite on phone and good food on arrival. Whilst they say fish and chips, look at the menu for other tastes, you will be surprised with the choice. 31 May 22.

Burger was very oiley didn't put cheese in .Fish was Average whole Ordered seemed over priced no option for smaller cheaper portions ie O.A.P. etc.I for won't be going back .

Best fish n chips around portions are big and freshly cooked. Staff lovely too

We have ordered many times before and have been pleased with the quality and quantity of the food. However on this occasion the standard was way below what we expect; the food took an hour and forty five minutes to arrive and when it did arrive (after a phone call to chase) there was no salad or garlic mayonnaise with the kebab as ordered or salad in the wrap (it was also not in the bag) and the meat was dry and cold. Both orders were wrong and in much smaller portions than usual leaving us feeling ripped off and hungry. It’s a shame because we have had some good food from here, it just seems that when they’re busy both the quality and the service takes a nosedive.

First time using online ordering and most definitely the last. In fact the last time I will use this outlet. Food ordered at 5.30pm for delivery at 6.45pm. No sign of food at 7pm, so I telephoned. Very helpful young lady tried to locate my order but couldn't so she said they would cook it again, but I would need to collect. Not a problem! However, when we went to collect, the manager refused to fulfil the order as he claimed we had put the wrong address on the order!He also claimed it was delivered. If it was delivered to the wrong address, surely they would have phoned the telephone number on the order to find out where it was meant to go!Shocking service - very bad attitude.

First time users this evening as no one could decide what they wanted and this menu has alot to offer. Cheaper than most too. Haddock and chips were superb. I tried the Turkish pizza and it was nice for a change. Kids meal very good for the price. Real chips!! Little one was happy. Fast and professional delivery.

Ordered take away for familyJust spent £20 on the biggest pile of poo ever, some might think salad and sauce separate from the kebab meat is a good idea but when you add cold salad and sauce to already near cold meat once delivered and a pitta that isn’t even open to add the cold salad and meat too, then that’s a recipe for disaster, everything was cold.Orderd two kids meals as well and no drink and don’t get me started on the chips, worst chips I’ve ever received, there was hardly any edible chips in the portion, I will never ever order from here againShow less
