Really lovely tearoom, with outside seating. Good service and good range of gluten free food available. The gluten free bread was one of the best I had tasted. So definitely recommend this place.Parking was easy, and had a lovely walk around the gardens, which was free afterwards.

Not bad. The three stars go to the lovely outdoor sitting area and the fine china. Staff can be quite frosty, selection of cakes and snacks isn't great.

Good spot to rest up and chat enjoy a coffee and bun . Dog friendly. Popular and busy and service could be quicker! Nice outside patio area.

We often stop here for coffee and cakes and it's always lovelyHighdown Hill with nice walks and views is just around the corner so stop here before or after you walk and enjoy the experience.

Lovely atmosphere and ambience both inside and out. Food was tasty and the service friendly and accommodating. All in all a very welcoming place to eat 😋

Ordered two hot drinks with tea cake and fruit scone. We sat in there for over 40 mins and despite asking three members of staff what was happening we didn't get any of the other food/drinks and ended up getting a refund. Very poor service.

Nice experience, patisserie fantastic teacups, tea pot and other accessories all the same design. You can sit in or out in the garden. Building very old, staff young and great.

Super little tearooms next to Highdown Gardens and Highdown Hill. Great place to stop for a light meal. The scones are delicious.

Lovely breakfast, sandwiches, cakes and huge tasty scones. This visit was for breakfast and at £7.10 it's possibly the best you'll get in Worthing. The place has a lovely feel, is incredibly dog friendly and is a great way to start or finish a walk on the downs.
