Jade House in Worthing

Good one is fresh food and I believe they didn’t mix the AGI-NO-MOTO. Recommend because healthy Chinese. Tast bit less but food is good for health. You can google it what’s the purpose of ahi-no-moto.

I have never done a bad review before but in this case I have too , as feel people should know ! soggy obviously re- heated food , which is suppose to be crispy , very dry poorly packaged mixed starters , and both have upset stomachs still today which started last night after having eaten the small amount that we did ! Very disappointing New Year’s Day takeaway !!!

Good food, but a 10% chance of getting your order muddled.... still recommend due to the quality of the food..

Been here for years. The food is always consistent and tasty. Owners are friendly and like to chat. Thanks for the food over the years.

Chicken with oyster sauce hadaway uncooked chicken and special curry had a lump of rolled beef raw in the middle. Certainly won't be using them again. Very poor quality

Ordered a tofu chop suey from jade house, potentially one of the worst dishes I’ve ever had from a takeaway was told I would receive a partial refund for my order from the girl that answers the phone, a minute later she called back to say she’d spoken to her manager and they won’t issue a refund because they don’t usually put tofu in a chop suey 😂 and as it was a special request it was my fault for not ordering it correctly. Hope that £8.50 was worth it because if you’d just refunded me I would of not put up a bad review and just moved on to the nextThanks

Shockingly bad service and food. We ordered our food and made requests to have plain noodles x2 and received everything we asked not to have and only received 1 noodles. The fried rices we ordered were more like boiled rices. So I phoned to point out the issues with our food and requested this to be sorted, 45 minutes later the 2 plain noodles arrive only for the driver to try and charge me for what I have already paid for again.Poor quality food and service and obviously will not be ordering again.

Used to sell great food. Now bland. Best to find another takeaway. Ordered chow mein and bean sprouts-not one bean sprout. Fried rice was same colour as boiled rice. Vegetables undercooked. Wouldn’t even substitute prawns for tofu...even though tofu on menu. I always recommended this takeaway, but will never again. I will never return. The only way is down for this formerly great takeaway.

I became very unwell two hours after eating takeaway from Jade House. Such a shame as it tasted so nice and it would have been nice to be able to make contact with Jade house via email. The food actually arrived damaged, the sweet and sour sauce pot had been squashed and cracked so had leaked over all of the food. Didn’t feel the need to call and complain as I just washed everything off (plastic tubs) and had enough sauce left in the Hong Kong style chicken. So was taken by surprise to be running to the toilet so violently shortly after eating. I had only eaten dry food during the day so everything points to this food unfortunately ☹️ Was such a waste of food as I had ordered enough to en able to eat the next day but I won’t be risking it.

Only received 6 items out of 8. Also sent egg in rice when stated it was for allergy reasons to not have it. Ordered there only rice which didn't state no egg, They said every rice comes with egg when this didn't state that but all others did? Also the chicken satay never arrived nor did the chicken chow mein. So when we called up to ask what's happened they realised the mistake and said they will send it out, which was great. Then within a couple a minutes we get told the driver can't come to us as he is "too busy" we have to collect. Due to the distance and no car with it being broke we would of drove there no issue as we said to them. So then they were very rude and starting saying they are not going to re do the food that had no turnt up bearing in mind the order was over £25. So when I said to the lady on the phone when you buy a product and don't get it ordered and what do you get she said "a refund" as that was asked on numerous occasions and declined. So I asked why can't I get one on the food that hasn't arrived or been cooked.. there response was we don't do refunds... So it's okay to take someone's money and not give a service that's paid for?? So for us not recieving our actual order and asking them to sort it out for us they became more abrupt. The owners didn't want to talk to us and then remarkably they hung up. Consistently tried ringing back but each time they would either decline the call or just answer it to make it sure it maybe another customer.Dreadful serviceAwful food
