Kfc in Worthing

I am not going to lie this may be the worst kfc on the planet. I ordered a mega box and as soon as I touched the chicken I became very ill and thought I was gonna pass away this was not a good experience. Plus the workers were very rude and looked as if they should’ve been at school they didn’t have a clue what they were doing

I had to talk to the manager as there was a small issue with my meal. the manager was racist towards me as he mistook for someone else of the same race. i also heard him treating his staff very badly, he was constantly putting them down and having a go at them. 10/10 never go to this kfc

Served by a lovely member of staff who was very tall! Was very helpful and kind - although store appeared to be very understaffed so well done to all the people on shift.

Cant say I'm in a rush to return! The food was OK or vile unfortunately. I've never had sweetcorn that was inedible before. We had 2 portions and neither were edible even for a hungry teenager! The fries were raw. As most people go for the chicken you'll be glad to know its edible but not amazing. You'll see from my other reviews I'm honest and never unfair unnecessarily. It's a shame it was so bad.

Awful management. Heard the area coach (indian fella) calling female staff members fat whilst the young Spanish manager kept making horrible personal remarks towards everyone. Big up Raj for the free food though.

The service was terrible had to wait ages and then serving ppl that came in after us. Food was horrible. Twice now not had good service or food.. Won't go again.. Used to love KFC.

Was bit slow, but in the end I got my food that I ordered. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken wings, large gravy and Lipton Ice Tea which cost £7.47

22 mins after ordering nothing unusual I got my food. (Fast Food??? Erm ...no). It took so long I assumed it would be fresh at least. Alas no, it tasted like it had been sat there since 1998. Worst KFC I have had for years.

Ordered a tower box meal along with an extra 2 pieces of chicken and a couple of sides from the Chapel Road KFC branch and I couldn't be more disappointed. The so called "regular fries" barely had any chips in as you will see from the pictures I've included, the Tower Fillet Burger was an absolute mess with all the mayo in the box instead of the burger and a slice of cold rubbery cheese. The 2 pieces of chicken I ordered as extra were incredibly small and barely classified as a wing, let alone a chicken piece. A corn on the cobb side was tiny, so was the gravy and the coleslaw was only half filled. The food was barely warm upon arrival. Tried to call the store to complain only to discover that the phone number listed online comes up as invalid and there isn't a phone number listed on their website, which is convenient for them I'm sure. Absolute disgrace and will NEVER be using them again. Do not buy from this particular KFC if you actually expect to receive what you pay for and want value for money, you WILL be disappointed and feel ripped off

The chips 🍟 was so bad it's was hot 🔥 at all and it was soggy the Twister box meal the that I was was good I have to say the rap was outstanding and cooked perfectly and so was the chicken Fillet the gravy was hot and nice as well the Casier was not happy at all Gergi J Service was poor and the way he talked was like he did not care about the customers at all if you lot fix this it will be a 5 star next time
