McDonald's in Worthing

I have been ordering from this location since 4 years & I never had a bad experience until today...I always order the muffin with extra butter and today when I politely asked the manager who was female middle aged couldn't see her name tag she shrugged her shoulders at me which I found really rude and bizarre and I was shocked because usually the staff is wonderful in there.Anyways she told one of the other staff member to pass it to me who I think was under training and she had better communication & people's skill than the manager.

I went with my autistic daughter on Friday 25th it’s was very hard for me but one member of stuff unfortunately I forgot her name she was very nice and very helpful she really made our day nice with her kindness

Took me 12 minutes to get Liverpool Gardens, clicked the app to let McDonald's to know i have arrived, no you are not realy here!? Park and walked into the restaurant to check my order number 11 on the board to collect, so walked to the counter and asked the staff to hand me the order, sorry not ready and is preparing!?Checked the board again to find out my number 11 pushed to the bottom of preparation list, took another 14 minutes and eventually moved to the bottom of contracting list and another 7 minutes to complete and collect.Stick to restaurant service only.Previous orders I made had missing items i even paid for a delivery which went missing and was not refunded!

Absolutely ridiculous this place! Placed order at 6pm was told will be here by 7 then 730 now 815 if you can’t deliver on time don’t accept order!! Called restaurant 25 times no answer do not use!!!!

Staff were friendly, and the food was fast and hot, despite the restaurant being busy.

Enjoyed the new mcplant burger. Surprised that it's actually vegan and not just plant based. It was really tasty!

Today I was ordering a medium meal with Chicken legend spicy mayo and fries and banana shake, some salad and nacho cheese bites, that was my third order in a week time which you didn't get right at all, the fries was missing, with the previous order on toffee latte wasn't cream on, nobody said anything about and another time instead of a double cheeseburger I've received a double cheeseburger with bacon. I know the restaurant is busy but in a week time from 3 times all the time something is wrong....either I'm the unlucky one with you or you are doing something terrible wrong as i used to work in McDonald's as well a few years ago in a much more busier restaurant,but we didn't do that much mistakes. I would love to ask if you could do some meetings and show some improvement cause this is ridiculous. Sorry for my honest opinion, but this really isn't nice.

THE STAFF IS RUDE.I went in, as usual, to place an order from one of the machines, one of the staff members asked me to close and carry on my E-scooter, and keep carrying it while waiting the ridiculous time they take to prepare the order.I usually go to this branch 2-3 days a week, always with the E-scooter, never been asked to carry on my scooter and not to let on floor.ALSO, they take ages preparing meals over 10 min, that not reasonable at all to keep carrying my E-scooter until they have the food ready.BTW: some school kids were waiting for their orders with scooter and hasn't been told the same.Rude, Racist, Ridiculous.

Great maccy d's got my order from the screens in the store. It was clean and plenty of seats. The order came very quickly even though it was busy. I would recommend this McDonald's to anyone in the Worthing area. The toilets were clean and food was warm and hot. Has a great seating plan too, Go there! I used a voucher on the machine and had no trouble

Below average for a McDonald's. Poor staff, slow service, chips are always cold and the burgers never get better than warm. But hey you don't go to McDonald's for fine dining and great service
