Memosh in Worthing

I have quite bad food poisining from a breaded chicken wrap. The rest of the meal had been shared and everyone else is okay. After working in lots of working kitchen's I know the chicken must have been rotten to have had such an awful effect so soon after eating it. Absolutely disgusting I hope an investigation by food standards follows for the safety of others as we will never go back.

I ordered from here recently and had a nightmare with the delivery, not only did my food not turn up but they were verbally abusive when I called to chase up my order.Wish I had read other reviews before ordering as this clearly isn't an isolated case, nor does it seem to be an issue that has come about recently but goes back over the years. This is the only thing I can thank memosh for, I will never order again without checking the reviews first.If you fancy paying for food that doesn't arrive, is delivered to wrong address and when you call to politely ask where your grub is, to be shouted at for having the audacity to question the almighty Memosh, then this is the restaurant for you!

Zero stars, guys are dropping food on the floor and cooking it. The food is terrible, salad is far from fresh, veggie pizza was a meat feast, only found out when I got back to the hotel. Guys spend more time on their phones than with customers. Disappointing.

Ordered via Just eat. I'm usually funny about salad from Kebab shops because sometimes it looks old and wilted. But this was so fresh looking I ate the lot. The bread was not the usual dry pitta it was more of a flatbread. Very soft and tasty. The chicken Shish was seasoned with something slightly different from the usual Kebab.Very fragrant and light. I enjoyed every mouthful!! My girl had nuggets and chips. Very good size portion.

Well what can I say. Had a large donar last night, great meat, sauce and salad. Bread looks homemade lovely. Best Donar in Worthing with out doubt thanks Memosh Team.

Asked for fresh food, as chips were old the day before, when I got there the staff extremely rude, shouts and has a go at me for coming a little late to pick the food even though he hadnt given me the time it will take to make!!!!Severely disappointed, food is satisfactory, the staff Arabs from Morocco, SEVERELY rude. Shame on you, you ruined it.

If there was a option for 0 star I would give Memosh Worthing a 0 star.I have been a customer of Memosh for many years,food is good quality but the service is awful “non existent”It’s as if the customers are doing the staff a favour by ordering.Previous owner Sadiq very good and excellent customer service.The business I believe has been sold to the large miserable chap doing the cooking.Few weeks ago I ordered as usual and got charged extra £10 for a buy one get one free pizza by miserable younger looking chap.I pointed this out and this was rectified.I paid the balance of £28 for food, chips were missing, I enquired is I was charged for chips as I did order.The staff arrogantly and in a violent mannerism“Said you think we thieves” all I asked was ref chips..I was told to get and not come back and both the large chap and miserable young chap rolling up sleeves.Will not be going back..Poor and non existent service...

Made an order via ‘Just Eat’. The restaurant got the order wrong and I received the wrong meal. I called them up and they said they would not be able to deliver me the correct meal for at least hour. So I asked for a refund instead back to my debit card. They said they couldn’t give me a refund to my card so would drive round to issue a refund by cash but they wanted the meal back. They never turned up after I was waiting at a friends house for an hour and a half. I rang them again and they said they weren't coming but actually never told me this and just let me wait for no reason. I was told to call ‘Just Eat’ and they would issue the refund to my card. I then rang ‘Just Eat’ and after a lengthy and complicated phone call I was able to finally get the refund.

Had a few meals from here and the burgers and chips are good but just arrived home after ordering doner meat and chips and looks like half my meal is missing. My partners portions are halved Alison and food slightly burnt and just not up to standard for the price

Maybe very slightly slower on the delivery side , but definitely makes up for it with the quality of food. The meat is really well marinaded and has a unique flavour. I will definitely be using them again 👍
