Noodle Factory Worthing in Worthing

Best Noodles, highly recommended.

Very polite, food has a lot of taste, decent prices

Really disappointed in this place and not much has changed over the years. I first went here 5 years ago and it was OK pretty standard - cheap meat clearly used. Last night we got a take away and I thought I’d try it once again. The rice was bland and over cooked almost like a slop of porridge more than rice! I had the oyster chicken which was literally plain chicken and veg, no sauce or flavour (I had to use my own hot sauce to turn it into something) my friend had the beef noodles which were probably the best thing but again the noodles were over cooked and starchy. We had chicken skewers and the meat just tastes so cheap and tasteless. We also ordered the salmon Thai fish cakes which was basically scrambled egg with pink food colouring and the most weirdest consistency I’ve ever had from a fish cake. It’s a real shame this place is how it is! It could be something special in Worthing but it’s not. The fact they close their doors early than advertised also goes to show maybe they just don’t care.

Mockery of the client. My order was prepared 30 minutes late, I was not allowed to wait inside so I got wet in the rain for 30 minutes ... When I got home and opened the order I encountered another unpleasant surprise. Instead of what I ordered, I got a chopped carrot with onion and leftover pasta and a few pieces of meat. All the dishes I ordered looked the same, they only differed in the color of the sauce, they all consisted of carrots and onions. Embarrassing. Last time I ordered anything at this place. I recommend avoiding this place as long as you don't want to be treated like a third category customer.

I try to make this my Friday lunchtime and will drive several miles especially to eat here.Word of advice, get your order in early. My choice - Rice bar, King Prawns, large, Singapore style, with the vegatables and of course fried rice rather than boiled.

Worst vegetable noodles I’ve ever tried. Full of grease, not much flavour. Spring rolls were horrible, tasted like they weren’t fresh at all. When I complained the 3 employees there laughed at my face and ignored what I said, they didn’t give me the money back either. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The food is fair and reasonably priced and the chefs are lovely. I started to visit regularly but now will never again thanks to the awkward, patronising and obnoxious old man who takes your orders. He possesses no customer service skill at all and appears to put people off using this place. Several of my neighbours/friends felt the same and will never use this takeaway. There are plenty of other takeaways in Worthing with more well trained staff, it's not worth putting up with his vile attitude. Not recommended!

Excellent food and service. The food was delivered promptly to a great standard.I had a sample of food and have to say the ribs are a must have on any order.I had a thai green sauce on my noodles and it was fantastic.I cant recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Flavours were so fresh, we could of been in Thailand eating the dishes we ordered. Piping hot as well

Went to this establishment for lunch today. I was extremely impressed with my selection. I had Pad Kra Pow which was served with chicken and a variety of fresh well cooked vegetables accompanied with steam rice and was delicious. I often have this dish at other restaurant's and I have to say that this is one of the best. Generous amount of chicken and the spicy chilli and garlic sauce is just right to soak into the rice. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Yummy
