Was gifted an afternoon tea via buyagift voucher, the area was in a very beautiful area. Unfortunately the butter cream in the Victoria sponge was definitely off and tasted sour when mentioned to staff all that was said oh we're very sorry about that. This made the whole experience very disappointing.

An ex-bowls pavilion, nestled inside Beach House Park, this is now a fabulous and very beautiful all day cafe/eating house and venue. The food is excellent, including the breakfasts. The table area here is shaded, well thought out and cared-for, like the luscious plants all around the cafe.

We booked Palm Court for a family wedding. From the start Rachel was fantastic helping with all the arrangements. We were so impressed with every aspect of the day. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and looked after us all evening. The three course menu was worth every penny and all the guests were really happy with their meals. They also made sure our guest with a Gluten allergy was well looked after and made her a really lovely meal.I would highly recommend Palm Court if you are looking to book for a special occasion.

Wow! Completely unexpected in a public park opposite a hospital. Like a posh conservatory/orangery. Quickly sat, (with choices), very friendly. Afternoon tea sandwiches, scones, cakes best ever

The dining has been moved outdoors. We were courteously greeted and our table was separated from others by a decent distance. There was a nice ambience and the waitresses were attentive. Coffee and tea bread were good but the bread was a little while coming and the seat a little hard.

Lovely staff, great scenery, superb food. Well superb is an understatement, in house baked sausage roll slices and quiche were a dream. The sweet stuff kept the wife happy too, win win, highly recommended.

Myself and my mum who is currently a patient at Worthing hospital, decided to pop over to the cafe for lunch as it was such a lovely day.We arrived at the cafe and a very polite member of staff who sore my mum was in a wheelchair, guided us to where the ramp was, so we could get onto the decking. The food was delicious and the staff were very kind and friendly. They even provided us with a cloth, when my mum, who had recently had surgery spilt her drink. We will defiently be returning.

Excellent venue for a meal - heated marquee so dog friendly (huge bonus for us). Delicious meals at reasonable prices with a good selection of mains and desserts. Efficient and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

My daughter pre paid and pre booked an afternoon cream tea for me for mother's day 2022 (£50). We arrived early to be greeted by the quite dismissive clipboard lady in charge who made us join a queue to enter a very pretty gazebo with lovely music & decoration. Looked perfect initially. We were served a glass of prosecco in the queue and then a very lovely waitress sat us down at a table in a beautiful spot with the sun on my back and was looking forward to my treat. After 5 minutes Mrs clipboard came over, shouted at the young waitress infront of us which was very rude and aggressive to me telling her that we'd been sat in a wrong table and to move us. Rather embarrassing for the waitress we were almost marched out of the gazebo, offered a table outside in the freezing cold which I declined due to my health. We waited for 20 minutes standing around like an inconvenience while a table was set up inside. Our table was right by the kitchen where all we could hear was knives and forks being thrown into storage trays, staff walking past and bumping into me and sat by the disabled downstairs toilet... we were given another glass of prosecco to say sorry but the waitress was mortified and could not apologise enough. My experience was ruined by where we were sat, the rude clipboard lady in charge and being made to feel like a nuisance because I could not sit outside. Food was nice and loved my time with my daughter who was so sorry it had turned out a bit rubbish in terms of experience. The noise from the kitchen was so loud we couldn't hear the music so no atmosphere inside. Was glad to leave but £50 not well spent. Will not do it again here...
