Sides were nice but the pizza is not to my taste, the dough is fairly weak and the toppings are cheap. Sadly this is a corporate chain so not a lot can be done by the people in store and the staff seem lovely enough with quality work just with bad material ti work with.

Had a an order that we ourselves got wrong, Justin made it right for us. Very appreciated

Terrible Pizza dry tough reheated, Obviously precooked and not cooked to order although I ordered the meat feast you wouldn't know as it had obviously sitting on top for the duration since the pizza was made, and so sweet as if they had loaded it with sugar. apart from that tasteless, very disappointing and expensive too. Not fresh and defiantly not freshly made, the only positive was it was delivered quickly by a delivery driver that just grunted, I personally wish it hadn't been delivered I wont be ordering from there ever again

The pizza took ages… they forgot the sauce for our cauli wings and when I called them the manager said “oh hun… I’m so sorry” then hung up.

Great customer service. Had order online in the morning, for the pizza to be delivered later in the evening (6:30pm). And was delivered bang on the time slot what was agreed. Which was great as I know timings can be difficult. The pizza was at a great temperature to, felt like it had just come out of the oven. Highly recommend this papa John’s to everyone.

Tried for the first time tonight and our pizzas were lovely. I'm wheat free and the butternut squash base is by far the best gf one I've tried. I will definitely go back for more 😊

Ordered cauliflower wings and a pizza with on cheese as I’m vegan and although the pizza was what I ordered the cauliflower wings ended up being chicken bites. When I called up I spoke to three different people who didn’t reimburse me. Instead my options were get it free next time or get the correct item delivered. My trust is quite diminished.

Disgusting I ordered a pizza at 6.30pm and it arrived at 9pm I called 22 times! to find out what was going on as I had already paid and they won’t answer the phone,I get in my car to go and find out what was going on and for a refund and they turn up at my door! They also had my number so what is there excuse? I used to use them atleast once a month but will never use them again they have ruined my valentines night

Worst pizza ever. Wish i could give a 0 rating. Dinner plan spoiled. Ordered a garden party pizza which was supposed to have freshly sliced red onions, crisp green peppers, cherry tomatoes, juicy sweetcorn and baby portobello mushrooms. Instead got a pizza with cheese, few sweet corn, few green peppers and few tomato slices.

just tried this joint for the first time and, to be honest it was definitely far from the worst. There were some downsides yes, but so does everything at some point. I ordered my stuff and it surprisingly came at a pretty fast time. The guy who got my order did double check to make sure it was correct. Unfortunately the only thing they got wrong was my side, but obviously that's no biggie. As for the taste, Although not what I ordered the sides were edible. As for the pizza itself, it was alright although it doesn't taste much different from dominoes or pizza hut. So in conclusion I give this place a 4/5. It's not much different from a lot of other places I get my pizza but at least the food & service was a lot better than expected. :)
