Inedible wings, I don't how you managed to do it, they were the driest, chewiest wings I've ever tried to eat, had to throw them away. Nearly complained that they had forgot my jalapeno poppers and given me deep fried processed cheese instead, that's how bad they are! No jalapeno in sight! Just flecks of green in the procssed goop.The fried chicken wasnt bad, neither were th chips. Still half the food had to go in the bin......First and last time 🤝

no stars is too many. food arrived Luke warm at best, complaint to owner was met with abuse. horrible person wont be using again and id advise you not too.

Absolutely worse experience I've ever had. Found a bone in the food, called the manager just to get a load of abuse. Food was cold and just thrown in the box. Will NEVER order from here again!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had and we order take away quite a bit!It took THREE HOURS to receive our food.I called three times. "Very very busy" is the reply I got. No estimated time.Eventually told "I am coming now!!" 40 minutes later... Nothing...When we eventually did receive the food it was stone cold. Didn't taste good. Very dry.Milkshakes were the only good thing about the entire thing.Don't bother!

Called in on the off chance and can recommend. Great chips and the wrap was fresh. Fast and very friendly service. Reading the other reviews it's fair to say English is not their first language, but they are really nice. I'll be calling in again.

Decent portions for a good price. I always eat KN's special beef burger as they cram a lot into it, and they are equally generous with their chips.But if you are expecting reliability do not count on KN. If you set a time for collection, they won't start making it until you actually arrive to pick it up. They will say five or 10 minutes and actually take 20. When I used to order for delivery they would always take well over an hour. Their food is decent for the price but their organisational skills are terrible.

Seriously aggressive and rude customer service, all I did was try to order food through Ubereats my order wouldn’t go through and I then miss a call from which I found I had received an abusive message calling me mad??? Mad for trying to order food from their restaurant??? Heard it all now!

I've been buying from this place for quite some time. Their special beef burgers are great, but I recently found out that they are not halal, despite their Just Eat profile saying otherwise.I've ordered 3 hours in advance every 2 weeks when ordering from here, and they've been late almost every single time. I'm fed up with this and have decided that enough is enough. Last time I'll order from here until this place makes some serious adjustments.

New review: 03/10/19 Look I have been debating writing this review while I am eating my food but I just felt that the whole point of a review is to add constructive criticism. Now I love these guys tower burgers they are the best they are always nicely portioned big portions really and they taste amazing, but here the thing tonight they turned up 15 minutes late my chips are stone cold I ate my burger only to find a black hair in the box. Now maybe they were having an off day we all do but again my Coca Cola was forgotten although the driver did run back and get it for me on a postive note . I feel like tonight was not the food I am used to eating not only was it cold but the chicken nuggets were rubbery I know this establishment can do better and like I said maybe they were having an off night but I am afraid I am taking the stars down by two for the state of the delivery tonight.First Review: Extemely fast delivery and friendly service. Followed my instructions as asked I am very thankful for this. The food here is always delicious and I love ordering from KN Peri Peri Grill :D
