Pizza Hut Delivery Worthing in Worthing

Went Worthing for the half term holidays. Rain and lots of wind, but Pizza Hut delivered to the hotel, best meal. Pizza and starters were hot and delivered on the scheduled time. We are unable to receive deliveries were we live (what a shame). Collection is miles

Took over an hour to deliver a burnt pizza. Refused a refund by customer services.

Firstly, the photos of the garlic and wedges are what we opened when we arrived home from collecting our order (after already having receiving the wrong delivery from littlehampton branch this evening) just to note the garlic bread was cold and not cooked through properly.We asked for double mushroom on one of our large pizzas... as you can guess, there wasn't double mushroom and actually less than x1 mushroom.They also forgot to give us our bottle of pepsi that was included in our meal deal!I called the store to complain straight away at 20:21 this evening and spoke to Ash who advised he was the manager. Not a very good one (customer service was poor and wasn't willing to resolve, no matter how much he explained he "understood")as he explained they were to busy to deal with my complaint and didn't want to resolve or correct the issue again, as they were too busy (no excuse)Ash wasn't able to help with providing a number or email for their complaints department or head office which as manager he should know!I am absolutely disgusted how we have been treated by pizza hut this evening that we will not ordering from them again!

Poor at best. Pizza and box arrived nearly folded in half and the pizza was missing 2 of the 4 toppings i ordered. Not impressed.

Always a great Pizza, even with the restricted menu, it's still good and delivery on time

Our order was supposed to be here between 6pm and 6:20pm it's now 6:35pm and no pizza yet. They are also not answering the phone.

Bad Service! I phoned to shop, why was late delivery. The man replied me, you can come to work, then we can do it faster. I asked him, are you joking.

Worst costumer service ever. I work as a Driver and I was collecting an order from them. The GPS headed me in a wrong way and when I finally came to the restaurant I gave an advice to the rude employee (white one with quite long hair) about calling just eat and letting them know that the gps is giving a wrong direction to drivers. His answer was that was not possible ( even when I showed him by using apple maps and google maps) and he said I was wrong because others drivers know the exactly location so I was supposed to know as well. I told him sometimes we are in a different address and that’s why we use the gps. He just entered in the premises and that’s it. If any costumer order food from this company would wait more time then are needed because the restaurant does not give a d.....m .

We used to LOVE this pizza hut but recently its fallen well short. Our beef sizzler tonight was basically a pepper and jalapeños pizza with 20 pieces of chilli per slice and one piece of beef or maybe 3. It was disgusting and not how we've had it before. I wondered if there was a change of management but apparently not. I also don't understand why because of the pandemic they would need to only offer thick crust, their business as such hasn't changed. I understand restaurants need to due to restrictions but I don't know any other takeaway delivery service that has changed their menu during the pandemic. Im pretty sure pizza hut is doing excellent business making great profit during the pandemic and this is just an excuse to make more money by limiting choices.

Just moved to the area and our first order from Pizza Hut Delivery. Pizzas were good value, hot, fresh and tasty. Delivered 5 minutes ahead of our delivery time. Very happy and will order again.
