Friendly, Great beer and a toad table. It's good.

Worst pub I have EVER been to. Given the hacking odour of the place, my brother got given a glass with brown speckles that I can only presume were poo on his glass. There was no atmosphere whatsoever, just a load of lifeless codgers not saying a word. It stank of damp so much so that when I went into the toilet it smelled refreshing to me. My brother later reported however that the toilets in fact smelled of urine so I’m sure you can imagine how bad this codgery boozer really smelled. The bar man offered not a single word of welcome and neither did the local punters. Certainly won’t find me frequenting this pub again. 0/10.

Great pub, slightly off the beaten track in Worthing with an amazingly good craft and cask selection. The staff are very very welcoming and friendly with helpful recommendations. We paid a flying visit but I can see it's popular with its regulars and I could understand why.

Great beer and a good atmosphere.Previously I have found it to smell dreadful, not this time. However the toilets really could do with a clean. Just half an hour with a clean cloth to move some of the very old muck would be an improvement.

A superb little proper pub, with a great atmosphere not like the plastic theme pubs. They have easily the best beer choice in Worthing by a long way . Sure there's better eateries, even though it's pretty darn good ( the curry nights were legendary before covid) but that isn't where they specialize it's the beer selection that rotates regularly from all over the the country, no bog standard pumps you see everywhere else. Guaranteed you haven't seen many of them before. A must visit if you like ales, go.

I love this cosy, friendly pub. It always has a great range of beers on tap and in cans. The staff are welcoming without fail. And there's a ceiling full of beer mats. What's not to love?
