Shaan Indian Restaurant in Worthing

Lovely dinner with the fam. We were well looked after by attentive staff.All the food was amazing, popadoms, starters and mains. The Tikka Paneer was particularly delicious. The portion sizes were perfect, we ate everything and just move to walk home.It was pretty busy, filling up by about 21:00, so had a good buzzing atmosphere. I am sure we'll wander back again soon.

Oh dear. Really wasn't a fan of the food. Well decorated, clean etc but if the food tastes bad then I can't say much positive about it. Had such high hopes as well

Book table for 730, was seated only to wait for 15 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink and if we wanted poppadoms, still waiting 5 mins later nothing so, decided to walk out. Advice is have more staff on a Saturday night when your as busy as you was tonight, very poor indeed.On the up side of it, we went to the Mahaan without booking only to be seated several minutes later and drinks & poppadoms shortly after, that's what I call real service

First time back and dining in post lockdown. Unfortunately disappointed and this was due to lack of attention and attention to detail from a service perspective. Interesting to people watch and understand a few of the points which don't take much effort to turn it around1. More interested in delivery than restaurant service2. Attention to detail - missing items or asked the status then had to ask again.3. Serving food to the table next to me with my order4. Make sure your team are responsible for certain areas and communicate.Food was good however starter was not usual standard ie portion size or temperature.Please with a few minor 'tweaks' and only manage what you can manage in terms of capacity OR assign delivery or takeaway to someone else and focus on the guests that have travelled to dine with you.Come on guys...

Terrible. We ordered food which went past the estimated delivery time. The lady who I spoke to said that our food was being delivered by her husband. The food arrived 90 minutes later, freezing cold, by a man who said he didn’t have a wife… Not sure what happened!

The food and service no where near up to previous standards. Poor all round experience. Lousy food, very slow service. They were more concerned about getting takeaways delivered. They didn't bring our change from the bill and we left forgetting to ask. Won't be going back.

We are on holiday from London so thought we'd give it a try and it did not disappoint. Lovely food with some different things to try on the menu. My husband had a prawn dish we've never seen before and asked for it extra hot. He said it was lovely. I had a Dansak and it was lovely too.

Very friendly, clean place has a nice vibe to it with all the colour changing lights. The food was excellent. Eight of us went there to celebrate two birthdays they were accommodating and helpful with choosing mains. Everyone was very happy , definitely will be back for a romantic meal. Highly recommend
