Wonderful food with exceptionally large portions at a very reasonable price

We’ve been here a few times, the food is pretty decent, no complaints. The lighting is very stark, they could do with putting some thought into the general ambience of the place, it feels a bit like a canteen. The music needs to be changed, everytime we’ve been in there there’s been inappropriate, high intensity dance music blaring out. Not what you’d want from a relaxing evening out in a restaurant. The night we went there was a large group of lads not quite able to ‘read the room.’ It’s was a family evening for us, we didn’t expect the loud and shockingly bad language in front of my kids. It all felt a little uncomfortable. It’s a shame because the staff are really lovely and the food is great . They just need to rethink the ambience of the place and what kind of clientele they are trying to attract.

This is such a find. Delicious, authentic Thai food. The spring rolls were how I remember them in Thailand. The staff were super friendly. We loved the gong and Dave offering all his customers free shots! We’ll be back.

Honestly I’d normally give this place 5 stars every single time. The owner is lovely has always tasted lovely and authentic. The past 2 times I’ve ordered the food has tasted completely different and not as it should. The pad thai has been overloaded with beansprouts the past 2 times aswell as being really oily and the chicken overcooked. The prawn toast and spring rolls have also changed completely in flavour, you’d think you’re eating another dish. Really disappointed as this was our favourite place for a takeout, will try again in future and hopefully returns to normal standards. Not sure if due to on-take of new staff or place becoming busier.

I always go to new restaurants with an open mind, and oh my, was my mind blown.This quaint, hidden gem bought to the table some of the best thai food i have ever eaten. Sadly, there is no photographic evidence, but rest assured this is a pure testimony to how excitable I was to be presented with the food. We shared duck, satay chicken, chicken and prawn dumplings which were all mouth wateringly delightful. The mains (the names evade me) were full of flavour and the portion sizes were spot on. The staff were so welcoming and friendly which always adds a nice touch. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

This is the 2nd takeaway I've got this week! It was so amazing! The best Thai I've ever had. It tastes authentic, the portion sizes are perfect for the price and cooking to delivery time is spot on. Can not fault them! This is now my go to Thai takeaway for the foreseeable future

Had a delicious takeaway from the newly reopened and renamed ‘New Thai Spice’.Well priced, food ready on time, so great service !I have sampled Thai food from various long-standing establishments in Worthing and this has been definitely the best as far as myself and my girlfriend agree.Totally recommend !

Fantastic food. Service a bit off, wasn't open at 5pm as they were shopping as advertised and no card machine for whatever reason. Apart from that, best Thai food in Worthing by far.
