Sunflower Chinese Takeaway in Worthing

I am really disappointed as I’ve been going here years and the man on the front desk answering phone is Incredibly rude hangs up the phone nearly didn’t even take the rest of my order I’m complaining now because this has been going on for a long time and I’m thinking of looking for somewhere else to go but continues. Wasn’t particularly happy with the food to this evening if I’m honest it was dry cold seems to be going downhill this place

Ordered from here for the first time the other night, very helpful guy on the phone, and plenty of cashew nuts in with the chicken and yellow bean. The other dishes where very good as well all came on time and where hot and tasty also the price was really reasonable overall great experience will definitely use again. Cheers guys.

Really rude young man behind the country very aggressive when asked simple questions about duck portions and price of the items. Food was quite poor as well.First time I used the place and last. When I asked if I had upset him somehow it seemed prices had been put up.

Hi I am been going to the place for years and love the food and the service is brilliant but for the first time the young lad maybe new at is needs some customer service skills as he seemed in to much of rush to get of the phone then giving service. The food is always amazing .

Tried to place an order, but guy on phone kept getting my order and card number wrong 3 times in a row. So gave up with trying yo order. Be glad when the regular woman is back on phone orders.

Lovely food and plenty of it too. Very polite staff, bit of a wait on delivery last time, but hey... May be word is spreading 😂 Order early people.

Our local takeaway. Not as busy as one expected but it was a weekday. Disappointed with the spicy squid as not at all spicy.

We ordered on Sunday evening the mixed hors d'oeurves for 2, mushroom fu yung, king po chicken and rice. Never going to order mixed hors d'oeurves again, bone dry, hard obviously microwaved as the satay sauce had that over cooked hard set edge. Others food ok, not very hot though. Not impressed sorry but don't think we will be coming back again. Shame as we have used you for a long time

Revolting. The pictures of the food on the window were the clue with hindsight. I ordered Crispy Fried Beef and made a point of asking if it was going to be crispy. I actually gave him the example of the noise cornflakes make when we crunch them. That is how Crispy Shredded beef should be.. the boy serving agreed and promised me it was crispy. Needless to say ! The shredded beef was soggy rubbery all stuck together in a ghastly monosodium gluepot. Totally inedible, Even my dog refused it !So on to the King Prawn curry. Christ how could it be so bad. Four prawns (more like shrimps) in a slimey green curried gravy with huge chunks of almost raw onion. Again inedible. If I was left NOWHERE to eat apart from this place Id switch to a diet of just clean water and gladly die eventually without this places food clogging my arteries

We have ordered here many times and it's always been lovely. Tonight we ordered £50 worth of food, it was very tasty and we were enjoying it until found a long dark hair in our chow mein which put us right off - YUCK!
