Sylvan Oak, Findon, West Sussex in Worthing

Absolutely fantastic, the food was amazing and the staff were brilliant. We will definitely be returning. I've paid double the amount for inferior food in some so called top restaurants. Every course was cooked to perfection. A wonderful experience all round.

We enjoyed another beautiful meal last night at one of our favourite restaurants. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the service is great and the chef is wonderful. Lovely selection of wine and local sparkling wine. Always a treat to eat at Sylvan Oak.

Had a fantastic meal here yesterday lunch time. Everything was great.Food was delicious, service was excellent, and the setting is really nice.The price was very reasonable for such a high quality of food and service. They also have a great wine list with reasonable prices for a restaurant.I just wish I'd had room for dessert and lived closer so I could come back more often!

Everything about the Sylvan Oak is classy, from the decor, to the food, attentive staff and wine list. Another great evening spent here, it was gorgeous in every way, thank you! Highly recommended

Had the pleasure of celebrating my 60th birthday here. The food was outstanding, the ambiance was perfect and the staff were attentive and friendly. So lucky to have this gem in Findon, we will certainly return soon. Highly recommend

Went to Sylvan Oak last Sunday to celebrate the "Greek Orthodox Easter "with some Greek friends of mine.I ordered Roast Beef... Medium Rare!Probably one of the best roast beef meals I have ever eaten in my life . The meat was so tender and beautifully presented.A wonderful surprise.😊The staff were very attentive, professional and friendly.I can't wait to go back.AndrewEmsworth

Wow, what a treat this fabulous restaurant is, a hidden gem in Findon village.Everything is absolutely amazing, the staff, service, menu, wine list and incredibly delicious food.Went with my partner for the first time on New Year’s Eve, we have tried a couple of times to get a table but it’s always been fully booked before.So lucky to get a table and can’t praise this place enough. Bigger inside than it appears from outside. Can’t wait to revisit. I have to say probably the best restaurant in the area, fine dining at its best. Beats the ivy and pitch hands down. A must visit.

Perfect spot for our 25th wedding anniversary meal. Perfect starter, fillet steak so tender like cutting butter. Mango cheesecake awesomeness. Friendly, attentive staff. Wonderful little restaurant.

A little tucked away in Findon, but SO worth a visit. Sensationally good food and the friendliest front of house staff. Can't recommend it too highly. Small public car park 20 m behind the restaurant, and on street parking available.Photos (July 2021) are tandoori scallops followed by fillet of beef and cheese board. 5 🌟

Never disappoints, it's always a treat dining at Sylvan Oak. The food is presented beautifully and it tastes delicious....my dessert was a mouth watering dream. Well recommended.
