After waiting over an hour for delivery two minutes walk away we recieved dry fish mostly batter, and two pices of holumi in a kebab, the only reason we ordered it . Service has been on the decline but this us the worst. I won't be returning and have used it for years. Not what it used to be.

This place is a little gem and you could easily miss it because of its location. Suggest you look it up. Warm friendly young people run this excellent clean eatery. Im kinda loath to call it a chippy for all its called The Chip ShopIts much more than that, with all sorts of foods prepped while you wait.Take away or eat in with table service and here's the killer.. I was almost embarrassed to pay so little @ ! Excellent valueMany places in Worthing are trying to compensate for loss of earnings and prices are looking kinda London. Everything was so soggy. Chips tasted like tuna. Greese was dripping through the paper. Delivery driver forgot our coke then tried to leave with the food. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The chicken or shish kebab was terrible I got at lunch hour to take away and not else where.i spent a lot of money in your premises and to treat a customer like this is ,says another about your business. Neadthless to say I and my men will be eating else where in future.a place where we can get a digestible kebab

We've just moved to the area and had heard great things about The Chip Shop. We were not disappointed. The food is outstanding. No unwanted grease, fresh, excellent price. We are lucky to be living so close to such a superb food outlet. I have to say the chicken and halloumi wrap is unreal!
