Lovely hotel in a great location. Biggest let down was that we had to park out the front as no hotel parking spaces available - but the lift into the main entrance was out of service for our 3 day stay. So unloading and loading the car, plus trying to leave the hotel daily with the baby in a buggy was very difficult. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had breakfast in the hotel which was delicious.Would stay again - but would definitely hope that the lift is working!

All you expect from the Premier Inn. Room clean and comfortable. Lovely staff with a good sense of humour. We did the meal deal which is always good value. It was lovely that with breakfast and dinner (thank you Shannon and Keith) we were not rushed. Even with breakfast finishing at 10am we were still sat drinking coffee at 11! Have stayed here before and would definitely stay again. I just wish that if a room is available they check you in when you arrive. They do it in some Premier Inns but not many.

My Partner took me away for the weekend for my birthday he had told the staff that it was my birthday and when I got in to my room I had balloons 🎈 A Card from all the staff and a bottle of fizz and a lovely little chocolate cake I was so surprised and happy. All the staff were so friendly and we had a really great stay. We will definitely be back. A big Thank You again to all the staff that made my weekend 😁

It was OK, but our family room was not serviced as expected. Apparently a letter in the room was supposed to inform us that you need to ASK for your room to be serviced! How mad is that for a hotel. The family room also only had 2 cups and 2 tea bags available... And strictly 4 pillows.... 5th was in sealed bag... Which was odd. Breakfast was lovely thou!

Standard premier inn with all the basic amenities available. The breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from and perfect for vegetarians too. Facing the seafront, nice and quiet in the mornings, was a good experience overall.

Premier Inn Worthing Seafront - Thank you to Dee, Harry and all the lovely staff who looked after me very well. Very accommodating hotel, took all my needs into account. The room was kept nice and clean, always answered any questions I had and the staff were very very friendly and helpful. Great hotel and highly recommended. 5 stars Alex from 409!

A good hotel for a family of 4, everything as expected. Unlimited breakfast for £9.50 is great to set you up for the day, and free for children which they took full advantage of.Close to the see front, parking is limited but on street is free from 6pm -9am which is good.

Not a good sleep either night we were there. Rooms too warm at night, can't open any windows to let in lovely sea air. Bed was not particularly comfy and spare pillow was dreadful. I did ask for heating to be turned down in our room. The temperature is set at reception. Whatever the receptionist did only worked if you were prepared to have the air-conditioning running all night, it's annoyingly noisy. Much prefer to open the window. Why are they all locked up? If that could be resolved I would thoroughly recommend it.

Just stayed the last two nights, rooms ok , layout a bit confusing car park tiny and the lifts were awful, they definitely need a maintenance job on them. They took ages to arrive and when stepping inside most of the buttons were broken and didn’t work properly. Please sort your lifts out !

Arrived at check in time, sent to the restaurant as our room wasn't ready. 15 minutes later called us over and gave a a door key and off we went to our room, we got there and it looked trashed, hadn't been cleaned at all. Went back down to reception and sent back to restaurant to wait again. An hour after we had arrived we went to check on the progress of our room, they found another room for us and sent a member of staff to check on it. Someone else had already been checked into it, so again sent back to the restaurant. We were forgotten about and after 2 hours of waiting we went back to reception. The receptionist was so apologetic and offered to refund the full amount for the night. Which was fair considering we had to cancel evening plans.2 weeks pass and no sign of a refund in my account, I contact Premier Inn on twitter and it took a whole week to respond. I explained the situation and they responded that the staff member shouldn't have offered a full refund and have sent me £15. They've told me they are going to deal with this internally, but they should be supporting the staff that are trying to retain customers, not punish them. The staff are overworked, even at breakfast the chef walked out, leaving the staff to cook and serve. If you are offered a full refund by staff, it's empty promises and you won't be paid.
