Good service but food was average at best. Peking House on the other side of town vastly superior, next time I won't be so lazy.

Order via Uber Eats and was over charged and had wrong item delivered, phoned to complain/get a refund for this mistake they made and the receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me 3 times!! Extremely disappointing service and will not be ordering from there again!

Food was ready quickly but was not great quality. The chicken, prawn and beef dishes lacked any flavour and there was no hoi sin sauce with the duck and pancakes which was already very dry. The quality of the meat was also a little cheap. Very disappointing.

Ordered our meal...was told it will be with us in 45 min...rang after an hour and was told they couldn't find our address and my phone number was wrong....so the driver is on he's way to another address and he'll bring our food after I told them if our food Is cold or just warm then we not taking it....food arrived like warm food and prawn crackers were so stale I can't believe.,...our main Chinese are golden Palace...but just wanted to try others ...just want to say I usually have prawn crackers left over for at least 5 days from golden palace and they are still crispy and fresh...will not ever bother with china city anymore

Ordered tonight, tasty food, great portions and friendly staff. They forgot my drink with my order but were more than happy to send me out my drink plus and extra! Very accommodating people and will miss living so close to them! I guess I'll have to drive to pick it up from now on. 5 stars all round.

I am extremely disappointed with the service that I have received. Waited 2 hours and The driver delivered it to the wrong address . Worst experience I have had with ordering food. Ruined my Friday night meal. Stay away from this takeaway. Used to be a great Chinese but have let there standards go down the pan.

My wife & I was disappointed with our Chinese from Arthur's ! Rice was cold and some of it stuck together, a bit hard. King prawn balls were lukewarm instead of being hot, it's like as if it was reheated ! Wont be going back there again. Should of got our money back. It's sad that when you pay for food, you want to be able to enjoy it. My wife had to throw some of hers away. And it is such a waste. This experience has put us both off from ordering from them again.

Hadn't had a Chinese takeaway for ages, so as this one delivered out my way, I thought I would give it ago. I was really looking forward to it, so ordered a good selection and paid £2 extra for delivery. It arrived 2 hours and 10 minutes later and was stone cold. Also I wasn't too keen on the food. My local is tastier, they just haven't organised themselves to do delivery during lockdown. Woman on the phone was nice when I phoned after 1 hour & 45 minutes, by now practically starving and about to raid the freezer in desperation. I got a £5 refund when the food did finally arrive, but never again! What a waste of £30.

Soooooooo angry!!!!!! Placed our order at 5:30pm with a as soon as possible delivery,called at 6:30pm to be told it would be a 7pm delivery, it's now 7:40pm and we still don't have our order.I've called 53 times to get a busy tone and no other way to get in contact with themWe've used China City my entire life, and it's my favourite take out but the service tonight has been rubbishI get we are all struggling atm, but your customers are going to be fair more understanding and supportive of you are honest and just say it will be lateIt's just arrived at 8PM!!!!! And stuff is missingYou guys have gone downhill

Absolutely awful food tonight. The last time was bad enough but having used Arthur's for over 40 years I thought I'd try again. Bad mistake. Not only took over 2 hours for delivery.. with missing items which i then had to wait for.. Covid or no Covid that's not goodenough . Now I can wait for good food, but this tasted like microwaved rubbish. I won't be coming back again.
