Caffe Nero in Wycombe

Going to takeaway my coffee so I can enjoy on my way in train. Always nice coffee. Service was good.

Delicious coffees, just wish it was a little cleaner. One of the sofas had pastry crumbs all over it for the whole of our stay and it just made me question if there are other places that arent wiped over too.

Always enjoyable. Nice staff and it works well. I hope it survives any changes at House of Fraser

Update: The place now is in much better condition than before. The coffetastes absolutely. The best amongst all other coffee shops. Beverages are fresh and delicious. This is Nero I knew! One step more to organise the tables and chairs and it's a 5 star.It's busy and vibrant but they need to make it cleaner. I was surprised actually to see that level of sticky tables and chairs. Over all it's fine to be fair.

Delicious food and drink. Good customer service. Let down was the only available toilet. It stank of urine. Very unpleasant indeed.

The place is really great. However they one of the staff doesn’t know how to assist a regular customer through the problems for the click and collect vouchers. It’s so upsetting .

I ordered my coffee thru the app for the very first time, walked into the coffee shop and was promptly handed my drink. Great fast service.Love the perks on the app and even bought a couple of vouchers for me and a mate. Bonus was I got 4 extra stamps on my card from the scratch card and another voucher.Been using a rival .... no not the C one so depending which end of Eden Centre I am depends who I use.

Rude barista. I asked for eat in. Guy takes my money then gave take away cups as "we are closing" they weren't closed for 40 minutes. Very expensive drinks which we get as a treat, we wanted proper cups and saucers and a plate. To top it all the same barista stood in the dining area with security talking loudly about someone security had stopped from shop lifting. Then he saw her outside and dragged her by her bag into the store... it WAS her bag and wasn't stolen. Security threatened to "throw her down" never going back.
