Coach and Horses in Wycombe

Lovely lunch at the Coach. Comfy and warm service. Imaginative and excellently executed ‘traditional’ English pub food. Lived up to its reputation on our visit.

I would've give it more stars if I could.so they do all starter size foods, which was great, as you get to try a variety of their foods. Me and my date tried 6/7 dishes, 2 of which were foods I would never enjoy, yet I enjoyed it.I jokingly mentioned to the lady serving that I might kidnap the chef, however, if he goes missing you know who took him :DI cannot recommend the place enough. And for the food we ate, the price was very reasonable.Highly recommended and well done guys!

We got a walk in 2 seats at the bar for lunch at 12, good to know you can now book a table. We love the casual settings and the food is outstanding. Very much enjoyed our meal and our waiter was great too

Our go to restaurant for a treat.. has Michelin star for a reason☀️… Great service, great staff… heavenly food that keeps your heart warm for days…

After having dinner at The Hand and Flowers which is absolutely amazing we thought we’d round off our weekend in Marlow with breakfast at The Coach.Place is quite small, there’s a few tables to sit and dine at plus they have quite a few seats at the bar where you can sit, just all seems a bit cramped.Place is clean, staff are friendly, good service.Good menu choice, we both chose the Full English Breakfast which was very nice.Personally I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again. The Cedar Coffee Shop in Marlow is a more pleasurable place to eat and drink at.

Very enjoyable meal, quality isn't far off The Hand & Flowers and the cozy pub environment really makes for an enjoyable meal. The staff are friendly and the price isn't too bad either! I'll be back soon.

Seventh time there you’d think it would be the same (always wonderful) no wait… even better!Tom these guys are a credit to you! personable, highly attentive and nothing too much trouble.Lovely, just lovely.

Some of the best food I have ever eaten. Treated by my wife for my birthday. Small plates, recommended to have at least 3 per person. All fantastic but the roast potatoes, burger and caesar salad were outstandingly good. Excellent service and good variety of drinks. Pricey but worth every penny.

The mains are all small plates and it's reccomended around 2/3 per person.Hands down dish of the day was the burger. I might even go as far to say sack off the rest and get 2 or 3 of these. A mini tower stacked with pulled pork, cabbage, onion, gherkin and hash brown. It was perfect. The very thick chips with bernaise sauce was a lovely side to go with it and quite filling.The chicken Kiev was dcent but not winning any awards. The lobster bisque scotch egg was a let down. Both of these dishes I found very salty.After a really poor experience at the Hand and Flowers this was much better.I wasn't a huge fan of TV scattered around the place but I suppose it is a pub

This place has a knack for making things really soft! 80% of the food was great especially the chicken liver parfait (melt in your mouth!), lamb Moussaka, chips, terrine (again super soft!) and lemon thyme tart (melting again!). Scotch egg and quail were a bit too salty though so wouldn’t recommend and in between savoury and dessert our table had sauce which wasn’t wiped. I know small but for Michelin just expected it. Would give 4.5 if possible but rounding up as we still had a lovely time!
