Costa Coffee in Wycombe

Was busy at lunchtime, quick service and plenty of seating

Today the woman serving me muttered under her breath that I was making up my baby's allergy, when I asked for oat milk in his hot drink. Not only was that rude and hurtful, but also indicative of a pattern of bad customer service by staff at this branch. When I complained to the manager, his apology was half-hearted and he defended his staff, saying that they were short staffed. I will not be coming to Costa again.

Mac n cheese was lovely, they had a new cake flavour today which was absolutely amazing so soft and moist chocolate orange and vanilla mini egg cake.

The hot drinks was well prepared and taste very nice especially hot chocolate.

Coffee is great and it’s well made. However, service is very slow, one drink made at a time, and there is often a queue regardless of what time you visit. There really is no point ordering in advance on the app either because it’s only made when you turn up. We spend an average of 10/15 mins waiting time for a single cappuccino to take away, for reference.

A death trap, entry and exit through a single point, no ventilation to speak of. Most of the staff (save for the person at the till, who was behind a screen anyway) invade your personal space all the time while you wait, not wearing a mask.You are rushed and urged to get into close quarters with strangers who also do not wear a mask.I do not want my coffee with a side of lethal pathogen, it is the last time I go there.

Busy and popular but will need to up it's game as there are now a huge number of new coffee shops in the town centre. The person serving got my order wrong which was understandable as it was very busy, noisy and I was wearing a mask. Refunded with no issue and the sausage bap was great!

My sister and I saw large flies on scones in the glass case in the front of the shop. I brought this to the attention of a saleswoman, who promptly ignored and dismissed what we observed. We changed our minds getting pastries. While minutes went by, no one in the shop attempted to remove the flies or pastries. Just stood there casually chatting… I asked for the manager, and then asked if she knew they had flies on the scones. She said … in a pained voice that she was aware of the issue. Like she was inconvenienced that she had to speak to me. I asked why she wasn’t bothered by this, and her vapid response told me she really didn’t care.. We left as there was a queue behind us. She apologized to the man behind me!!!! But not to us who wanted fresh pastries!!!! Or that you had flies!!!! How utterly disgusting!!! How appalling!!!!! I know you’re a chain, but hire staff who understands health hygiene, codes, and customer service. A truly nauseating experience…. Wished I took a video and pics to post here.Thank God our Peggy Porschen afternoon tea at the Lanesborough Hotel sufficiently displayed the best of British service on my trip to see family in the UK.. We’re in the medical field.Elevate yourselves! Your tourist industry is obviously in the toilets.. and this is Costa!!

Awful awful service.Slow. I preordered and it took 34 minutes for my drink to be made. Not even an apology.The chap waiting ahead of me had a cold coffee and was also complaining. The people working there don’t seem to want to be there. It’s just an awful experience. I went back the next day and it was just as bad. Never again.

This is a nice Costa, it's usually pretty busy since it's on the high street, but the coffee is good and it's kept pretty clean.I got a croissant and it was nice and fluffy and sweet. The Christmas ginger bread and cream latte was also really tasty and comes with a little gingerbread man buscuit.Nice atmosphere and great customer service.
