rude and inconsiderate staff muttered and laughed among themselves about my order (which was nothing out of the ordinary)and then decided to make other customers drinks although I had been waiting there for over 10 minutes already. not wearing maks either, which nowadays should be a minimum health and safety precaution when handing food and drink. the employees made me feel very uncomfortable, they must feel so incredibly bored to result in laughing at customers to pass the time.

There are none so fine as thee, who make my pre-work cup of tea.Fabulous staff always so friendly and attentive. It's not just the caffeine that gets me through the day!

A Costa coffee never disappoints, and the restaurants always seem to have enough tables when dining in.

Nice ,friendly, good selection of cakes late afternoon 😋

Today the woman serving me muttered under her breath that I was making up my baby's allergy, when I asked for oat milk in his hot drink. Not only was that rude and hurtful, but also indicative of a pattern of bad customer service by staff at this branch. When I complained to the manager, his apology was half-hearted and he defended his staff, saying that they were short staffed. I will not be coming to Costa again.

Mac n cheese was lovely, they had a new cake flavour today which was absolutely amazing so soft and moist chocolate orange and vanilla mini egg cake.

The hot drinks was well prepared and taste very nice especially hot chocolate.

Coffee is great and it’s well made. However, service is very slow, one drink made at a time, and there is often a queue regardless of what time you visit. There really is no point ordering in advance on the app either because it’s only made when you turn up. We spend an average of 10/15 mins waiting time for a single cappuccino to take away, for reference.

Busy and popular but will need to up it's game as there are now a huge number of new coffee shops in the town centre. The person serving got my order wrong which was understandable as it was very busy, noisy and I was wearing a mask. Refunded with no issue and the sausage bap was great!

This is a nice Costa, it's usually pretty busy since it's on the high street, but the coffee is good and it's kept pretty clean.I got a croissant and it was nice and fluffy and sweet. The Christmas ginger bread and cream latte was also really tasty and comes with a little gingerbread man buscuit.Nice atmosphere and great customer service.
