Dominos in Wycombe

Slightly longer than expected wait but a decent enough pizza and they've switched back to doing garlic bread without tomato sauce which is what ultimately sways me to give it 4stars instead of 3!

Placed an order at 17:00 to be delivered by 19:30. Still no pizza at 20:50. Had to ring them to be told there is a problem with the oven.... Shocking lack of service. And they have the cheek to charge for delivery. Ended up canceling the order all together. Will never order from this store again

Awful experience.Waited an hour and a half for my food, despite receiving an email saying my order had been delivered. The man on the phone said that these are automated emails and they don’t have GPS tracking for delivery.So I’d called twice, waited an hour and a half and then my pizza comes; not only is it cold, but it’s the wrong pizza!When I called to tell them of the mistake I was told it would be another hour to get a replacement or I could have a free meal next time. I managed to persuade them to give me a refund but having seen other reviews here, I’m not sure I’ll ever see it.Do yourself a favour and get something else.

Ordered food at 5pm for delivery at 7:30pm. Called them at 8pm to be told that it was 20 mins away and they were sorry. I then ring them back at 8:44pm to be told there is an issue with their oven and they will have to refund. This has to be the worst dominos in the country. So annoyed.

Uncooked pizza with hardly any cheese and toppings No refund or recourse.Avoid avoid avoid

take at least 1 hr 30 mints to receive order. Food is cold. Store customer service is awful.

Pizzas are delivered cold. They do not use GPS on their drivers in order to send out multiple orders at once, leading to cold deliveries. Store should be stripped of franchise or required to GPS their driver. Will never order form this store again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE read reviewI ordered dominos on 21st january via their online app, it was 1 a.m. so the usual tastier pizza hut wasn't open so was forced to go there. 2 minutes later I recieve a phone call stating that there is no drivers to deliver my order. And would I like a free meal (I presume they were going to give me a voucher or something) for a later time, so not free at all! I asked for a refund it is now Thursday and no refund recieved. Going to be calling headoffice today. On tuesday I rang them, and the store manager said that the refund had been issued but i believe not. As it should definitely reach my bank.To add insult to injury the following morning of ordering takeaway dominos decided to send me an email requesting a tip for their no turn up delivery driver. Cheek.Anyway I recorded the phone call and whilst it's only £21 I still expect my money returned to me.Update (27/01) so I just called the head office and this dominos hadn't processed my refund. I'm sat here wondering whether they made the pizzas and decided to have a late night snack.... the store manager even lied to me stating that they had processed the order.

appalling.waited an hour and 20 minutes for my food to be delivered at room temperature. called to ask where it was, guy on the phone sounded very inconvenienced and hugh up on me, saying only 'give it 10 minutes' and hanging up. i didnt actually think i'd ever get my food. it was only 1 pizza and garlic bread too. never ordering delivery from here again.

My nan lost her driving licence when she was in her 80s, but still could have delivered my pizza in less time than the "Out for Delivery" took (45 minutes for less than a mile... impressively bad).Temperature of the food left a lot to be desired too, not that the guy really cared when I dared to bring this up when he arrived.Won't be ordering from them again any time soon.
