Giggling Squid in Wycombe

We just popped in for a late lunch on a Sunday and what a treat it was! Lovely decor and the staff were very helpful. I’ve been to a different branch previously but found Marlow definitely wins! The prawn Pad Thai was my favourite.

We just visited for dinner and had unbelievable service from start to finish. Our lovely hostess was called Antanya and she went above and beyond to make our little family and toddler feel comfortable. From vegetarian jelly beans, to singing nursery rhymes to him and ensuring we were well fed and watered throughout our evening. She is a true credit to your restaurant. The food was incredible - so flavoursome and moreish! Will definitely be back.

I love this place. The location is amazing: an old cottage with low ceilings and irregular walls!The food is well presented and full of taste. We tried 4 starters, 1 curry and 1 main plate.My favourite is the Cashew Stir Fry with prawns, I will go back for sure only for this plate!Very nice waiters and not so expensive as I thought!

Lovely birthday lunch with good range of gluten free and vegetarian dishes. Service was excellent and birthday surprise was such a nice touch.

Food was lovely, staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, as has happened on previous visits, they just don't seem to be able to get everything together properly. Dishes for one course start arriving, and it is ten minutes later before everyone has everything they need! Starters came really quickly, then a wait of almost an hour for mains and felt we were being rushed for deserts. Good, but would be great if they could sort timings out.

Both restaurant and staff were exceptional. Great atmosphere and decor. Food was great, the lychee ice cream is a must have!

Only rediscovered this chain recently and was glad to be able to dine at the Marlow branch as a walk in on a very busy night. Awesome food just like the Harpenden branch (guess you would expect that) but I have to really commend the staff. Always smiling, helpful and made the experience even better (despite being run off their feet on the night). Thanks for a great night.

Wow! From the atmosphere to the service by our hostess (Think it was Tanya?) to the absolutely delectable Thai flavors- it's been a while since we've felt so special on just a normal lunch visit. This was our first time to Giggling Squid- and it definitely won't be our last. Can't wait to try all the branches :-)

A cute little restaurant in an old building with character (and low beams, so mind your head!). Didn't start well coz the reservation via third party agent did not get through. (So book directly!). They gave us the only spare table which we had to vacate in 2 hours - for us, this was plenty enough time to order, eat, chat, etc...Location - on the high (main) street.Restaurant size - small & intimate.Portion sizes were generous /good.Staff were very helpful with choice of offerings.Food was ABSOLUTELY exceptional....fragrant, tasty, steaming hot,....list could go on..(cannot believe this is a chain...will have to try the other locations!!).

The food and service were fantastic. We had the lunch tapas menu. We had enough dishes to feel like we'd had an indulgent meal but weren't uncomfortably full. Everything tastes wonderful and we had some light cocktails too.
