Stayed over on a Saturday night it was a brilliant stayStaff very welcoming an pleasant. Dinner in the restaurant was absolutely fantasticBreakfast on the Sunday was equally as good with Marshall taking very good care of everyone Bridget was also excellent as well.The Breakfast was fantastic the choices of food there was something there for everyone.Will most definitely stay again

If you have any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements this is not the restaurant for you. Dinner here was a shambles. The set menu only lists the soup as suitable for vegans. I had 3 members of staff give differing information on what I could eat as vegan options so to help I explained further I could eat meat but not dairy but this didn’t help. The only starter you can have is soup and the only dessert you available is the fruit platter - disappointing choices. I had the pork belly with plain new potatoes (the pork belly was good) and I was only able to have this or the cod. The vegan gnocchi hadn’t been delivered - it was a Friday evening.After my visit I contacted the guest relations about my experience and their response was all staff receive allergen training and are aware of alternative options. Unfortunately this was not my experience and it seems that the blame has been put on me as the customer. If I wasn’t staying at the hotel and had paid for dinner as part of the package I wouldn’t have eaten here.Breakfast was good so the 1 star goes to that.

Marshall the manager on weekend Breakfast shift was very welcoming, polite, helpful. He couldn’t do enough for my friend and I. He checked if we needed anything else during our meal. Service was excellent.Also I must thank Sabu for sorting out the error with our pre booked Afternoon tea. The actual booking hadn’t been communicated to the staff but she made it happen! The cakes were gorgeous. This is not the first time the restaurant have been unaware of a booking. Communication between depts seems to be lacking in this particular area. Other than that, overall it’s lovely hotel with good and helpful staff.

We arrived on Saturday afternoon, to be told that the restaurant was fully booked, we had intended to have room service, but because they were busy we couldn't get room service or bar meals either. We were told that IF we wanted to eat we would have to go elsewhere.On Sunday we had booked and arrived at 7.30pm to a sign saying that the indian food was not available until wednesday, so we could have the set menu, no choice. Okay so lets make the best of a bad lot, as a starter I ordered the souffle, looking forward to a fluffy cheesy delight, what I was served was the size and shape of a hockey puck with cheese sauce on it. When I complained the server said he had served 230 people that dish that evening, and no one had complained ! I was told that I was wrong and it was a souffle, but if I insisted he would change it to another dish. This restaurant doesn't deserve a single rosette speaking to other guests I know I am not the only one to experience this level of service.

I really enjoyed my stay at crowne plazza Marlow my room was spacious and clean the bed was very comfortable and the room service staff friendly and accommodating. The spa was great loved the jucuzzi and steam room in particular not really a fan of a controlled timer on the jacuzzi but never mind the spa treatment staff I think was only one man doing the job of God knows how many people poor thing but hes doing a brilliant job and deserves a raise and promotion. the breakfast staff in particular marshau and Amy were warm and friendly as well as maintaining professional service them loved them both. The chief prepared me an egg Benedict that was out of this world thank you very much. The outside jucuzzi was not working was told by a local it's been like that for a few years on the website you've said inside our outside jucuzzi. This is misleading so either fix it or amend your website. The desert menu not that great the apple pie/tart really not great hardy any pastry and not that pleasant to look atall in all not too shabby definitely would return .

This place is so amazing. Very kind people makes me comfortable as home and happy. (Special thanks to Marshall and amy.. You are soooo kind people, Indeed.) Excellent food and good people...Where could be better than this place in UK?

First time stay & wont be the last.Room 142.Check in was quick & courteous.Room was a club room. Spotlessly clean, large bed-very comfortable. Extras in fridge was water, a KitKat, juice & coke. My only gripe is the black plastic mugs in the room. White China please.😁Lots of seating around to relax in the conservatory & bar areas. Floors sparkled!What a find-nothing to look at outside but once inside- A wonderful hotel overlooking the Thames.Stayed on a Virgin experience day with prosecco , truffles, spa , breakfast & 3 course meal included. Young lady serving us was delightful-checked we were happy with everything.Have stayed at numerous hotels on the Thames as we travel extensively & this is by far our new favourite.Evening meal was great-limited choice but very nice-service great.Breakfast choice was extensive & the scrambled eggs were really good.The servers at breakfast check everything is ok & are friendly without it being forced. Great service.All staff are courteous & polite. Duty manager at breakfast was very welcoming.After breakfast we checked out & enjoyed coffee looking out at the Thames. Our waitress was Bridget who was very friendly & polite.Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great weekend visit! Bridget was very attentive and polite. The spa service was fabulous especially the receptionist, who aligned our bookings for a more enjoyable spa day.

This hotel and restaurant were fantastic from the moment we were warmly and efficiently welcomed at the front desk to the service and amazing quality of the food received in the restaurant. The only bad bit was the poor service received in the bar , 25 minutes for a drink and it wasn't even that busy. We had an executive room using Secret Escapes and had a lovely stay. First class service received here. Staff were impeccable, very attentive and polite. Afternoon tea was excellent quality and plenty of it. Scones were still warm! Special mentions go to Marshall and Sanford who ensured our time in the restaurant was enjoyable and very relaxed. This was our first time here being treated to a spa day and afternoon tea by our sons for our birthdays and we will definitely not hesitate in returning again. Thank you for a wonderful day.
