Junction Restaurant at Holiday Inn High Wycombe in Wycombe

Room was very clean and spacious,beds and sofa were so comfortable,breakfast food varied and staff were amazing,very warm,caring and approacheable.plus,kids get mini gifts and one complimentary hot chocolate or milk each on arrival. Distance from hotel to Legoland is about 30 min,not too bad.I definitely recommend it and would go back again!

I booked this hotel to stay after my nephews 1st birthday party, he and his parents tested positive Covid on the day we where supposed to arrive so for the safety is the hotel staff and ourselves we decided to not attend the hotel. I tried to move the dates or get a refund for the 5 rooms but was told this is again hotel policy so now I am £500 out of pocket for rooms we didn’t use. Completely ridiculous.

Bed was very comfy and AC was silent and effective. The hotel is located in a shopping area, but it is very VERY far from centre or train station (around 40min-1h hilly walk). So, be aware if planning to walk there.

Attended the hotel briefly for a First Aid course through my work a few weeks prior. Whilst I was not an overnight guest, the staff were extremely helpful. In particular Anna on reception was very courteous. I will most definitely return here if I ever need to an overnight business stay.

We ordered drinks and we asked for our drinks to be in cups and saucers to which we were told they don't have any. I asked for tea spoons instead of the disposal stirrers to the staff reply we don't have any........ after much insisting they managed to find the teaspoons. This hotel is a superb location and very nicely decorated however, the staff are very much letting this hotel down.Do you're self a favour and go to Hilton....

Really good hotel. Rooms were immaculate and bed very comfy. I'd rate myself as well travelled and stayed a more hotels than I'd care to remember, but can honestly say the breakfast was right up there at the top. The only niggle I had was that the staff weren't sure how to intemperate the evening meal deals on the menu. But would definitely stay here again.
