Kfc in Wycombe

Got to be the worst KFC I have ever had. I did go there fairly late (35 minutes) till they closed. Most of the menu was unavailable and what I got servered was shocking really. Dry over cooked chicken, pop corn chicken like dry bullets, not able to eat it at all. Most of it went in the bin as by the time I got home the store would be closing. Won't be going there again .

Fresh food, friendly staff and a quick service at rush hour especially, I'm not from high Wycombe but it seems to be the best KFC in my book.

Absolutely appalling service! Long wait to order, then long wait to receive the order. The server hardly spoke any English, he could not understand what I was ordering and viceversa, and made mistakes. I took the food on to the table to discover that our son's almost entire meal (that I paid for) and sauces were missing. Had to go back, and wait again. Pineapple sticks were out of stock (I was not even offered a choice, the server just selected it) - no replacement offered. They said that they gave us extra fries as a substitute - there were not enough fries with our meals, let alone extras! The filets were dry and fries were not hot. The toilets are absolutely beyond filthy. Rubbish bins overflowing, tables and floor dirty. The place wasn’t even busy at all by the time we left, yet, they had enough staff behind the counter so no excuse for being short of staff. This place is a joke, we won't be coming back.

Douglas the deliveroo driver was great! The food however....this meal cost 8.50 and it was a child's portion that we had to reheat for 15 mins so....I'd suggest going to the actual branch. It's never that poor food if you go into the actual branch.

I have not been to a KFC for years and I was pleasantly surprised.It was a family visit with two children.There is ample parking here at night and I would imagine most of the time.The restaurant was clean and tidy. The staff were welcoming and approachable I observed a staff member going around cleaning tables.The food was quick, hot and delicious.When we mucked up our order through our own inexperience the staff went out of thier way to rectify the situation leaving me and the children very happy.I will visit this location again.

Reasonable KFC, always relatively busy so the food is always fresh. Downside with this one is, there is nearly always a mistake with your order. Usually drinks or sauces. Just check to make sure you have everything before leave. One downside is the restaurant is quite a small one. You get pushed past by delivery drivers while waiting for your food as there is no where to wait to collect as such.Used it once through Uber, didn't get a drink at all.Use about once a month and as I have said , usually fine if you check your order.

I come here once or twice a year. Today of all days the chips were cooked in old oil and you can tell by how brown the chips were not good if your asthmatic. Wont be going back there again!

My first ever KFC was here and I was very impressed how tender and flavoursome the chicken was. I loved the chicken mini fillets; I've only eaten something comparable in a top-end restaurant for 3x the price. I ordered a sparkling water and I was very pleased to have that option as I don't drink fizzy soft drinks. The chips were nice enough. I didn't like any of the sides nor the popcorn chicken. It had a bizarre taste. But the staff were friendly, the service is great and the restaurant looked clean so it's a thumbs-up from me.

Made an order incorrect but when I called the manager was more than helpful, made me a new order and something extra as a sign of good will. He was friendly and completly understanding of my frustration. 5 out 5 for customer service!!

Walked upto the counter to see a note saying there is no salt. I wanted to try the vegan burger as being a vegetarian and I am now wishing I hadn't bothered, it would have been fine if it had been srone cold.
