McDonald's in Wycombe

Ordered food through UberEats. Delivery was nice a fast - can't fault it.. but our order was missing large fries. I called the store and the guy on the phone was very inconsiderate - NO 'Sorry, that we missed part of your order'. All he kept repeating was - 'You have to contact UberEats and arrange for a new delivery driver - then we'll send your order of fries to You'. I did what he said but all I got was a refund for missing fries. I was really upset. It's appalling how bad the customer service in McDonald's is - not even a sorry for not sending the full order. I won't go back to McDonald's after this !!

I was waiting for my food, so, I quickly went to get my hands washed and my hair combed as I just pulled an all nighter at uni and I looked homeless. This lady in there came to me and was like this is not a beauty salon. I told her I am a paying customer to ehich she looked at me weird for a while then walked away muttering something. I am washing my hands and brushing my hair. Is it harming you?

Great service and very clean, even the burgers and fries were warm. Best McDonald's I've been in for ages

Worst McDonald's I've ever been in! Took 15 minutes to get served, ALL the ordering machines were out of order, food was bland and tasteless. They were out of coffee and out of meat. Absolute shambles.

Long wait even though the store was relatively quiet. Both mine and my daughter's burgers were overcooked. Granted they appear to be understaffed although a quick apology for the wait would have been nice. Redeeming factor to this visit was the lady cleaning the restaurant area who is an absolute credit to the store. So friendly and polite that even my normally moody teenager commented on how nice she was.

A good place with decent food,but often takes the fast out of fast food because of the amount of customers. The staff can forget to make or notify customers about orders, but this is fair given the amount of customers

Last night, my wife and I went there, because we wanted to get something quick to get home ASAP. Two meals were ordered on the kiosk, waited for the bag of overpriced dry food. We got home to find the bag had no drinks in it. Very disappointing, even for a McDonald's.

I ordered 1 fanta and it took 10 minutes to get it with everyone else's coming and going with food. 1 drink not that hard to get i gave up when they wouldn't listen to me saying excuse me thats my money gone thanks Mcdonalds. One upside nice lady cleaning the floor had a lovely talk with my girlfriend while I waited.

A machine declined my card, it had £600+ in it. When I was done with my order didn't even bother to print the receipt 😃. Staff was nice enough to let that slide (thanks for that). Overall quite uncomfortable experience but I got my food so 3 stars.

Nice place to go to eat. Today I had a not very good experience! The attendant was out of patience and was a little rude. I think they could improve the service, I know that it is not easy to work with the public but serving well is very important. The snack and fries were delicious.
