Visited Oneills today! Food was lovely (jerk chicken wrap yum!), the menu has plenty to choose from, the garden out front has been beautifully refurbished. Staff are always lovely and welcoming. Thanks guys

Came in to try the new menu. Service was outstanding by the 2 ladies working. Attentive and very friendly. We ordered from the tapas section and was not disappointed. Cooked and presented perfectly. We were tempted by a pudding as recommended however our tummies were full. Next time.

Really nice customer service, tasty food, vegan, vegetarian and usual food. Possibility to pay with app but less options inside. Nice terrace. Prices can be a bit higher than in other places, slightly.

Friends quiz was very well organised and very interactive. Which we loved. Quiz host was hilarious and really held the room and kept us laughing all night. Food and drinks also very nice and good value for money.

Had a lovely meal here. Was planning on going to one of the other restaurants in town but were all booked up. We ended up having 7 tapas dishes between 2 of us, the food was really tasty and good portions. Staff were really friendly and the bar was clean and tidy.

We visited today from Aylesbury for some Christmas shopping and popped in for lunch. The man working with tattoos and facial hair attractive looking really did make my elderly mothers visit one to remember. He was laughing and joking around with us from the minute we walked in. Please pass on my thanks as this has really cheered my mum up who has had quite a few medical issues the last few months and it made her feel very special and I can’t thank him enough. Thanks

The lad behind the bar was friendly and welcoming and the drinks were not too expensive. However, it was totally pointless visiting this place for live sports. They only have one big screen (the others are rather small). The staff allowed a band to set up in front of the big screen during half time (which is fair enough, if it IS just during half time) - but sadly did not stop the band from faffing about right in front of the screen during most of the second half of the match (see attached) which ruined the experience and atmosphere of the match.Additionally, upon arrival I asked what time they stopped food. I was told 9pm. I asked to place an order at 8.50pm and was told “kitchen is closed”. Not good enough for a pub / chain of this size

It’s a shame Covid 19 has effected the business of this pub. As I can’t fault it in the slightest. Clean; great staff. Hot and well presented food. Even decent toilets. Let’s hope people start supporting this pub again. Then again the whole town was dead tonight. So must be everyone. Shame

Visited O’Neill’s for an evening meal. What a great pub this is - it’s got such a wide selection of beers on draught to offer (Camden Hells being one, can’t go wrong with this on draught). The food here was fantastic too, at a good price. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Surprisingly really good meal! For a chain we didn't expect much, however the food tasted good and came with a good price.Compared to other food places in the area this one is worth going to.We visited BlueGrass (nextdoor to it) last week and we're disappointed, so to find that O'Neill's do similar food much better was a nice surprise.I opted for the Halloumi burger with sweet potato fries which went down well, whilst in the party we also ordered the wings, beer battered mushrooms (which were really nice) and fiery fries. All tasted good and no real complaints.
