Osbourne Spice in Wycombe

I ordered a mix grill which the website (via Deliveroo) states it is just meat. No fish. As I am allergic to shellfish that is what I ordered. BUT it turned up with a massive prawn in it. When I called they said it was my fault because i didn't state my allergy but I said I didn't need to as I didn't order anything with prawns. Eventually they said that they would resend the order in twenty minutes. An hour later it turns up and the delivery driver demands the prawn back which we had put in the bin! He refused to leave until I had fished it out of the bin and returned it to them. I will never order from this company again and urge you all to go somewhere else. Just FYI I wasn't going to post anything about this as I want to be understanding of mistakes but the drivers attitude made me

GrossFirst time ordering since new management. The quality has gone rapidly downhill.Dry chicken, overcooked rice, undercooked Naan.Honestly, the most disappointing curry I’ve ever had.Time to look for a new spot.

This used to be our go to Indian delivery. Last couple of times something has changed. Food is tasteless and watery. Bottom of the plate is swimming in water. Will not be using again.

We have always been here for our Indian takeout as the food was of a high standard and reasonably priced. But we had one today and was really disappointed. It wasn't spicy at all, lukewarm and no flavour. Bring back the original team they knew what they were doing.

Some of the best food I've had in awhile. Absolutely delicious! The masala fries are to DIE for and the Honey Buffalo sandwich. You HAVE to try their food. It's incredible!

2nd time ordering this week! the smash is burger is amazing, the lamb chops are lovely and everything else is well cooked and really tasty! Will def be ordering again!

Lovely people, great food and brilliant service. I would never order an Indian takeaway from anywhere else.Even with large orders for 9/10 people, everyone in my family raves about the food and reckons it's the best they've ever had.They also happily accommodated a food intolerance for my daughter and nothing was too much trouble.Prompt delivery, great price and a load of free bhajis and poppadoms.I'd recommend them every day of the week to anyone.Thank you Osbourne Spice for letting me have a day off from cooking so I could relax and put my feet up with my family.Love you guys! xx

I have used the newly reopened Osbourne Spice for a couple of takeaways recently and I have been impressed on both occasions with the excellent customer service provided when I placed my order and also the friendly welcome when I went to collect my order. The quality of food is very good as are the portion sizes too and I like the fact they use the plastic containers so you can re heat quickly in a microwave if required and of course they can also be recycled.The menu choice is very extensive including some good specialities.The restaurant looks very inviting too with nicely spaced tables covered with crisp and clean white tablecloths.A great refurbishment and a high standard of customer service and food quality.
