Probably the worst coffee I've ever had in my life. I was really upset as I had high expectations! It was watery, bitter and burnt. The latte had foam that lasted at most 1 minute. Would not recommend.

Been here a few times in order to leave a fair review. Each time we have visited the waitering staff are not very well organised. Taking 20-30mins to take our order (compulsory table service) and being distracted and walking away to other customers half-way into taking our order. Food has taken 45-60minutes to arrive and on one occasion we left after 1hr as food still had not arrived. When waitering staff do finally take your order they are abrupt and dismissive of what you order (menu does not reflect what is advertised in the window) stating they do not have that item when in fact they do! Overall nice drinks, cake and food but the front of house staff need retraining.

The staff were not very friendly, expensive prices for what seemed like shop bought sauces (not fresh from the taste). Couldn't even cook an egg properly as it was raw when cut into. It was difficult to get the attention of the staff.

The place is not bad, clean and with good service.I put 3 stars only because I did the afternoon tea here, for £25, and it wasn’t really so good. The sandwiches were made with a cheap toast bread (the stuffing was good), the cakes had the same taste of the one in an all you can eat restaurant buffet (except of the chocolate one that was nice). The scones were nice but nothing different from the ones you can find in a supermarket. They really need to improve the quality of the food they offer, I don’t know if all the other locations have the same food, this was my first time here.

Not bad....but not great either. It was my first time of ever going into a Patisserie Valerie, and I can safely say I won't be returning in a hurry.Came in for breakfast and sat down, saw that I could get 20% off my first order by registering and ordering off the app....Good start. Downloaded it, ordered a traditional breakfast and a vegetarian breakfast, plus a tea and coffee. Drinks came pretty quickly, but we then had to wait around 20 minutes for food when there were only 4 tables occupied. The waitress brings the food over and says "Smashed Avocado on Toast?" and I told her that's not what I ordered. She goes off to speak with the manager and I went up to speak with them and check what a vegetarian breakfast consists of (it doesn't tell you on the app) and the Manager was good in explaining it all and I apologised for the misunderstanding and made my way back to the table. The waitress makes her way back over with the food and puts them down and says "I think I know what I'm doing" before walking away. The food was now lukewarm at best, but the food was actually of good quality for the price even if the portion sizes were small. Not terrible, but customer service could be vastly improved.

Very poor at 16:00. Strawberry gateau was stale. English Breakfast tea was so weak with little loose tea leaf and I had to ask for more leaf for my pot. 1 tea and 1 cake at ÂŁ8.50 should not be this poor. Cream cake from Greg's is much better.

Everything seemed not fresh. Cream had a crusty shell on it. Server was very polite and went above her duty to help us. No cream in a coffee establishment which I think is poor. Strawberries on strawberry gateau slice was dry and beyond edible.

I love this little caffe in the High Wycombe Eden Shopping Center. I stopped here and had a Latte and a Mille-Feuille (which I love). The staff were polite and attentive and brought my Latte over to me as I sat outside. This cafe was not busy and had plenty of seats available inside and outside. I would most certainty return if I was in the area.

Got a chicken baguette to take away. Rather disappointing: very little chicken, they appear to microwave the whole thing including the lettuce.

Cheese cake was a very small portion although it tasted good. Tea was a bit week. For the avacado crush the toast was cold and the a avacado looked horrible and had no real flavour and looked liquidy.
