On Wednesday 14th September 2016 I placed an order online through spice lounges website and paid in full this included for delivery.1 hour later my partner called to check where our food was they turn round to say they have just turnt computers on and there extractor fan in kitchen is not working so cannot fulfil order they promised a refund and to call us the next day!So we had to place another order and pay again with another food company.The next day came No phone call left it till 3 days ago and the refund still was not back to us so my partner called Sunday and they promised money in account by Monday, Monday came and no money called again and they promised it in our account today after taking account number and sort code on the Sunday for it to be done as a bank transfer.Still awaiting the refund we ALWAYS use spice lounge and have never had a problem but when there is one it's taking nearly 2 weeks to resolve!Because of this I will no longer be using spice lounge!

Very poor If you are going out as a treat to spend good money then DON'T go here the service is very slow even with 2 or 3 people in the hole place the poppadoms are what was left over from previous day as they reheat them in microwave as they are soggy when they come out and for the main meal that will take 1 hour what ever you order and they do not come and check on how everything is like a lot of the other restaurants do
