Spicy Touch in Wycombe

Placed an order via deliveroo, the company ACCEPTED the order, and we waited nearly 2 hours, with the deliveroo driver waiting outside. No phone call from the restaurant. Absolute shocking from their end, very rude on the phone as well. Wouldn’t give a star but have to, for the review.

I rarely leave reviews but I’m so disappointed. Ordered on deliveroo, waited more than an hour then when I called the restaurant they said they were closed (Google said they were open). Why accept the order if you’re not open? Not even so much as an apology

Believe it or not, this is £13 worth of food.Clearly inflation higher than official figures are telling us.Have ordered from here as a go-to for 2 years. Called to ask whether 4 prawns and a quarter of an onion were actually the main course dish that costs £13 and not the starter. Woman on the phone responded by telling me that nobody else complains so I should get on with it! Won’t be ordering again. You shouldn’t either, don’t risk it!

This place used to be the most incredible Indian food you could have delivered in this area. ...but, although they haven't taken down their listings on any of the services, they refuse to accept any orders. It's so frustrating as I used to recommend them to everyone. I'd now recommend avoiding them like the plague even if you can get a hold of them.

We tried loads of local Indian restaurants that would deliver and Spicy Touch is just head and shoulders above the rest. We’re vegan so make things really difficult for them! They’re always so friendly and helpful on the phone and will literally make anything you ask for. The food is just fantastic. They custom make us chargrilled vegetable Pathia which is just brilliant. Absolutely love these guys and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It's rare that I take the time to leave a positive review for restaurants however, this one is well deserved.Ordered today for delivery, despite food being a little late, it tasted amazing! Quality, quantity and value for money all tick my boxes. Highly recommended, and my new fav Indian spot!

Awesome takeaway, lovely delivery lady very happy and polite. Chicken madras great chicken and deep complex home cooked flavours also hyderabad chicken was amazing with great green chilli's.. Best delivery had so far out of 5 Indians in marlow and Wycombe

This place is my preferred one. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The crew is very affectionate and the cooking they serve is so tasty. I am always happy to have a good dinner in this place. I highly recommend this place.

I placed a £31.00 order with this restaurant, through Deliveroo, but did not receive the food! When I informed the restaurant, an extremely rude & arrogant man accused me of lying! Apart from the fact that I am not in the habit of lying, I am based in an office complex and have CCTV covering every angle of my building and so can, therefore, prove that the food was not delivered to this address! I have complained to Deliveroo and will obviously not be ordering from Spicy Touch again. Their customer service is non-existent (absolutely appalling) and I would advise any potential customers to think twice before placing an order with them, especially if you want it delivered!!

Trash food, cheap restaurant.. You get what you pay for. I could so feel the bottled curry sauces they cooked the curries with. cold place to sit and eat inside. I'd never go there. The one star is for the smiling service.
