I am regular customer at Starbucks i always come into to study and never had any issue with any staff members. Today I came in with my sister, Bernardo told us to leave because we brought in McDonalds and told us “you aren’t my customers” and “go to McDonalds”. I was quite surprised, and I didn’t appreciate the tone or the way he handled the situation. I clearly told him I will purchase food so what’s the issue and I usually buy food from other stores and never got told to leave. The fact that another customer had food from another place, but he only asked us to leave is pretty unfair. He also lied and said he watched us for 10 mins when we came in 2 mins before.I asked to talk to a manager and found out he was the manager. Awful experience by the Starbucks Manager Bernardo and he really needs to learn how to talk to customers respectfully otherwise Starbucks will lose loyal customers.

The guy who served us was very aggressive towards us. We wasn't asked if we was taking coffee in or outside !

The queues can be long, but generally had no problems the coffee is great.Never received any problems other then a member of staff Sofia who rolled her eyes at me a few times as I had a question regarding the coffee. That was not needed

The staff are great - they want you to have a personalised coffee experience, if that's what your after!

A nice coffee in busy surroundings. Good WiFi and a welcome break from shopping.

I am here on a vacation from Toronto Canada. Being a Starbucks Gold Card member I must say the is the worst customer service experience ever. The location was in such a mess and looked unsanitary for serving food. I asked for a Pike coffee and twice got the wrong drink. When I asked for what I ordered that manager gave me an attitude. She said she needed refund my money for the late and charge me more for 2 Americana coffees as she did not feel like making a fresh pot of Pike coffee. The worst part was the the coffee we did end up getting was not even hot.
