Taipan Chinese in Wycombe

Sadly, not very good at all. No flavour in any of the dishes, the spring rolls were oily, the char siu was very hard and chewy. Such a shame because a large portion of the reviews seemed very promising

Not very nice at all. Salt and pepper squid was soggy and tasteless and spring rolls were from catering supplies and stir fried veg was bland.Will not return.

Plenty to choose from on the menu, ordered easily over the phone, picked up within 30 mins, Cash Only.The food was excellent, good size portions, great value for money.

Great food, but when ordering do it early as you can wait upwards of an hour or more

I ordered Chicken Satay and it did not taste as it should.The peanut sauce was flavourless and gloopy. The chicken had a slimey coating. The food unfortunately went in the bin as I found it inedible.They don't accept card so had to go to the cash point.Too many people were waiting in the shop and some without masks.I won't order here again, that's for sure!

It's very difficult to get through on the phone on a Saturday evening and when you do the waits are usually long. Much better to just turn and order then wait for perhaps 10mins.Quality is generally good and prices are reasonable. Chips are surprisingly good for a Chinese takeaway.

First order from Taipan tonight. It was a long wait for delivery but absolutely worth it as the food was fantastic. Every item we ordered was some of the best we've had in a long time. We'd definitely recommend you try here, we'll be ordering again. The delivery driver was very friendly too!
